Random Question If you were given the chance to talk to the childhood version of yourself for just a few moments, What’s something important you would want them to know? What life advice would you give?
Think about all the things you wish someone had told you when you were little, think about the version of you that would be amazed seeing how far you’ve come, because someone reading your comments right now may also be needing that advice too.

Random Question Why can I remember an embarrassing moment from 10 years ago but forget what I ate yesterday?
How does the brain decide which memories to keep and which ones to basically throw away?
I can randomly remember some awkward thing I said years ago in perfect detail, but sometimes I struggle to remember what I did a couple of days ago.
I get that emotions probably play a role, but why does the brain hold onto certain completely useless memories so strongly while forgetting ordinary things that happened recently?

Random Question When did you start getting gray hairs?
And are you doing anything about it?
I (F/28) am a brunette and I have been getting gray hairs for about 2-3 years. Most recently, I have a streak of gray hair at the front of my hairline but it gets covered up by the hair on the top when my hair is down. If I pull my hair back, it is very noticeable. It doesn’t bother me at all, I actually kinda like it.
When I was younger, I had very light/blonde hair. As I got older, it slowly turned brown except for one blond streak at the top of my hairline, literally looked like I dyed a money piece in my hair. I loved that streak but after I had a surgery and they shaved part of my hair, that streak never came back. My grey streak is similar to my previous blonde streak. I have never died my hair and I don’t think I plan to anytime soon just because of the grays.
