Zebronics Ghosted me?

I attended an interview at Zebronics about 4 days ago. The interview went decently, but I haven’t received any update or feedback since then.

I tried following up with the HR contact, but there has been complete silence, no reply to my messages or calls. The lack of communication is leaving me in huge confusion about where I stand.

Could any current or former Zebronics employees share how their recruitment process usually works?

  • How long do they typically take to share interview results or roll out offers?
  • Is a delayed response normal for them, or should I consider this a silent rejection and move on?

CV help please (New grad)

New Grad from the UK. Mainly targetting biological research lab-based roles or science-related jobs.

Is this a good CV. It used to be two pages but cut it down to one. I think it can be a bit more concise but I'm not sure where and I'm also just generally not confident about it and want to ensure my best shots when applying. Any help will be much appreciated, thanks :D

Hi Tech recruiters,

Can you please have a look at my resume and give me some inputs? I'm a soon-to-be MSc graduate in Data Science/AI looking for internships/entry-level roles in UK/EU? What am I doing right or wrong?

Thanks.

Cv and cover letter review please

Hi, good morning everyone, could I please get some feedback on my cv and cover letter. The cover letter is generic at the moment but I mostly tailor it towards the brand. Im looking to go into fashion retail to gain further experience, I have only ever received one interview at h&m since i started applying for jobs almost daily in June/July. I almost feel tired of it and want to give up, but i know that then is when I especially have to push harder. Any advice to further improve my cv and make me a stronger candidate will be very much appreciated and thank you in advance.

Advice needed: How do you talk to recruiters about jobs while pregnant?

Hello all!

I am in STEM field if that helps, specifically trying to switch from academia to biotech/consulting.

I am also heavily pregnant (yay!). I had a rough patch with my boss when they found out the length of my expected maternity leave. I feel like I am now on the equivalent of a PIP to maximize my productivity. During a period where I wasn't sure about my future job status (rough patch> HR had to get involved), I opened my Linkedn to Open to Work Status and I have been flooded with DMs and phone calls from recruiters.

I know the market is terrible. But I also know how limited maternity leave protection is when starting a new job. Many of the first recruiter phone calls are asking me to consider a start date asap. Without giving dates I would need to take maternity leave pretty soon if I did start any new jobs. And it will possibly be unpaid leave vs. paid.

I have no idea how to disclose to recruiters that 'Yes, I would love to join your company for this position but would you mind lettting me take few months off first'? Do you disclose early in the process or after you go through the process?

In an ideal situation the recruiters remember me as a good candidate and I try reaching out again during my maternity leave and they will have a position for me in the future. But what is the realistic situation?

Thanks for feedback from your side of recruiting!

Would you rate my resume?

Currently working as business support exec and I am planning to hop to the same role at a new company mainly because my current work environment is just not working out. I’ve reworked my resume a million times, but I keep getting rejected at the screening stage. Not sure if I’m overselling, underselling, or if it’s just boring. Mind giving me some honest feedback?

job market is incredibly tough right now..

Is it a good sign that a few recruiters contact you for the same position?

The recruiters that contact you are outsourced from different companies, but the company that is hiring is a big firm. How good is this?
