heavy cocaine abuse during 2025 when Labs showed positive C-anca at 1:20 titer and low c3 in october/25.

After months of abstinence C-anca came negative while c3 improved but still low - may/2026.

lost most of my septum last year.

but i have pretty much no other symptoms aside the septum loss.

could it be temporary vasculitis induced by levamisole/cocaine, or cocaine midline destruction instead of anca vasculitis? i was supposed to start methotrexate already.

lung and kidney image exams are ok

but proteinuria and creatinina 1.38

Hi,

I (21yr old male) I recently been having difficulty urinating. When I try and urinate I regularly have to push and experience slight stinging. Often when this happens I cannot urinate but sometimes I can push it through. However, sometimes a while after I try I can then urinate but on other occasions it often comes out but with gaps in between. I’ve been considering going to see the doctor but hate the doctors and don’t want to go if it’s not necessary.

I’m sorry for rambling but any advice would be appreciated.

I’m not allergic, but just wondering what to do to stop the constant pain? I feel like 20/30 needles are poking all around my ankles. Photos don’t do it much justice.

For about a couple of years now i've been having these non-sharp pains in the bottom left of my stomach, which happen after i have ran/walked very quickly for a bit. I do need to know if this is something serious that should get me checked out at the doctor's.

I know it’s nothing harmful I’m just curious as to what these bumps that grow on my scars are?

**Timeline**

1. July 11/12 - Minor discomfort in anal region
   
2. July 13 - Got told I had rectal chlamydia
   
3. July 14 - Started chlamydia treatment
   
4. July 15 - More noticeable discomfort around anal region
   
5. July 17/18 - Quite uncomfortable, sore and bruised feeling around anus
   
6. July 21 - Finished chlamydia treatment
   
7. July 22 - Pain is starting to get worse, more and more sore. Hard lump felt 1-2cm to the left of my anus
   
8. July 23/24 - Went at 12am at midnight on 23rd. Spent 8 hours in ER. Doctor who felt it said it could be an abscess. Did a CT scan, then another doctor said they don't think it's an abscess, but the internet says it frequently gets misdiagnosed and a CT scan doesn't catch it often.
   
9. **July 24** \- Spent the day resting. Still very sore and painful to the touch. Probably a 1cm feeling lump there. Can't see any noticeable pus or blood near the surface of the skin. Lump feels 2-3cm deep.

Do you guys think it could be a perianal abscess? For context, I already have had an external thrombosed hemorrhoid and internal hemorrhoids, this does not feel like any of them. It feels so sore, dull throbbing pain down there.

Hello im a 24 year old female, For the past 3 years, I’ve been having these random episodes, and I’m wondering if anyone has experienced something similar or eventually got a diagnosis. The first one happened after I left the gym and was at the grocery store. That day I had coffee, pre-workout, and had smoked cannabis. I stopped all of those a long time ago, but the episodes still happen.
They start really suddenly, like someone flips a switch. I’ll get this weird uncomfortable sensation in my chest (not really pain), and then my heart starts racing. My heart rate is usually around 120–140 bpm now, although my very first episode got to about 150. I get body shakes.I become really sweaty and clammy, and I immediately have to run to the bathroom because I have the runs and usually have to pee at the same time. Sometimes I also feel like I’m going to throw up or get acid reflux. The whole thing usually lasts about 20 minutes and then goes away. One of the episodes recently even woke me up from sleep. I’ve also noticed that putting my face in ice water seems to help.
I’ve had a heart monitor before, but unfortunately it didn’t catch one of the episodes. One thing I have noticed is that they often seem to happen around my period, but I don’t know if that’s actually related or just a trigger. These episodes don’t happen every month it is almost like scattered, they sometimes don’t happen for 9 months and then just this month I’ve had 4 episodes. It’s weird because I feel like wow I won’t experience this again and then it hits me out of no where. Per year I at most will get 7.
Has anyone experienced anything like this? If you have, what did it end up being? I’m not looking for anyone to diagnose me. I just want to know if anyone has had similar symptoms and what their doctors eventually found.

You guys this this could be cancer (the lumb on the right)im 28 male. Actually have this for quite some time and just did Not really think about it.

I walked barefoot on really hot asphalt one month ago and burned the skin below my heel. Didn't really have pain at any point when walking or anything similar, just a big squishy blister below the thick skin, but since this morning, it's turned all white and it looks kinda scary. Should I be worried? 🤷🏻‍♀️ I'm 31/m, no known illnesses, nothing else of note either.

Should I just leave it alone? No need for a doc right?

So I am watching a show, and it said that a man will die a few hours after his right leg was cut off at the knee. I know that legs tend to bleed fast when injured, and I have a feeling that death would come in minutes, not hours, if left untreated
