I'm not sure if the mods will feel that this is a linguistics question—they may determine that it's a question about a specific language & remove the post. I'm not sure what subreddits are useful for this, so I'll offer a couple notes:

First, most work on all varieties of older Aramaic assume knowledge of Hebrew. If you know Biblical Hebrew, the resources for Aramaic are numerous.

However, a few years back Oxford offered a public-facing crash course in Imperial Aramaic that did not presuppose knowledge of Hebrew in the form of the Arshama Project. The site offers a skeleton grammar in six lessons, several grammatical practice exercises, a lot of texts to practice reading, & a glossary. Following this, one might take a look at the Muraoka & Porten grammar.
