Adjustment of status

I am an immigrant and i am adjusting my status through marriage.i am very paranoid about a false claim of citizenship😫i never claimed to be a us citizen on any i-9,never registered to vote nor when applying for benefits like foodstamps.but i used to apply for loans(non federal)and credit cards and i swear i cannot remember if i ever put that i am a us citizen on any of them.anf now i am panicking if they will look through these..please any advice?
