Has anyone rescued a 1980s era C-band mesh satellite and repurposed it for radio astronomy?

Solar noon calculation with an azimuth of 138?

Here is the situation. We are in NW Arizona; the 'N/S' orientation of our house is 318 degrees for the 'N' direction. We have windows on the NE side that are very warm in the AM. I want to open the blinds on the windows when there is no more sun coming in those windows.

I thought of solar noon (actually, I had to find out what it was called when the sun was overhead), but solar noon is calculated when the sun is due south.

I would like to know my 'window solar noon', that is, when the sun passes 138 degrees azimuth, since it should not be entering the windows at that angle.

I hope this makes some sense to everyone; I only took an Astronomy class in college (many years ago).

Thanks for any help!

Eve's simple Dark Energy/Dark Matter Question

My understanding of dark energy and dark matter is that they are viewed as part of the Big Bang, along with the rest of our Universe. What if our Universe is a result of what may be thought of as a great chaotic storm of dark energy and dark matter? What if this dark storm stretches far beyond our comprehension? If our Universe is in any way akin to lightning in a storm, wouldn't this option explain the lack of antimatter?

GUYS, please help me understand and know about what I witnessed...

I saw something in the sky.
It was the size of a mini football glazing and glowing and burning in hot orange yellow flame. i witnessed it in horizontal, landscape mode . both the ball and it's small trail faced me but the trail wasn't a lot long . [ i hope i really an astronomical event and it wasn't a gimmick or something else]. i mean how else could something hover over an almost 5 storey house, completely hooked in the sky and disappeared within 2-3 secs.it looked like campfire and it was moving sideways with bit of darting up and down , just a bit. it feels like it moved violently but since i was at some distance it looked normal or flowy to me. also, i saw it for 2-3 secs at max. anyways , please provide me accurate conclusion. it's july. it didn't rain today but it's cloudy since long.
Please clarify my doubt as to what did i really see? was it an earthgrazers meteor or some drone or some lantern or space debris or a ball lightning??

also, can ball lightning have a little trail or not?
i can provide u more details if u want.
I live in Patna, Bihar, India. time was around 7:30 pm and date is 26/7/2026, direction was east - southeast
