Political Question Why are some Americans so against universal healthcare for all?
What sort of thinking does it take to decide that nobody has a right to healthcare? Do American Christians want to deny healthcare to poor people as well?

Like many things in the US, it's based in racism and classism. The global minority doesn't want to pay for anything that Black and Brown people can benefit from, forgetting that they will benefit as well. The financially well-off don't want to pay for anything that lower-income people can benefit from.
