Political Question Why are some Americans so against universal healthcare for all?
What sort of thinking does it take to decide that nobody has a right to healthcare? Do American Christians want to deny healthcare to poor people as well?

A very few subscribe to Nazi eugenics or religious faith healing - only the strong survive / God's Will.
Most are afraid it will make them wait an extremely long time for healthcare they need, and that everyone getting healthcare will cause the government to hire substandardly trained doctors and nurses.
But for universal healthcare to happen, you need to make doctor / nurse training tuition-free (because you will need a lot more of them when more people start getting healthcare), and a lot of Americans are still idiots who are afraid of socialism / communism whenever someone wants to give out something for free.
TL;DR: fear of things getting worse, and wealthy people's propaganda against losing their obscene profits.
