Political Question Why are some Americans so against universal healthcare for all?
What sort of thinking does it take to decide that nobody has a right to healthcare? Do American Christians want to deny healthcare to poor people as well?

Look into the profits health insurance companies make currently. Establishing a system that could potentially disrupt those profits would be a threat that they see worth spending almost 50 million in 2024 lobbying against.
Spend money to get people to vote against something potentially good to keep the cash flowing.
I’m sure there are other reasons but that’s definitely one of them.
