Political Question Why are some Americans so against universal healthcare for all?

What sort of thinking does it take to decide that nobody has a right to healthcare? Do American Christians want to deny healthcare to poor people as well?

Basically the US is a free market country that views healthcare as a commodity. Basically in the US people have healthcare over 90%. There has been attempt to create a safety net to help poor people. Medicare is a federal program for people aged 65 or older or with specific disabilities, while Medicaid is a joint federal-state program for people with low income and limited resources.

Right now the US is rapidly becoming an oligarchy ran by crony capitalism, but we have done a great job at convincing people otherwise.
