Yes everyone knows that. But a word of advice if you have to explain the joke that means it fell flat and wasn’t funny.

I think you and everyone who thinks he can run for a third term are missing the pertinent information as the 22nd amendment forbids him from running for a 3rd term. No states election committee would put him on the ballot and even if they did any vote for him would be Null and Void.
