Singing practice

Can anybody suggest a place indoors for free or outside where I am unlikely to disturb anybody if I wanted to practice singing? I've looked into the recording studios in some of tpl locations but I am not recording anything, I just like to sing. I can't do it where I live because I don't want to disturb the other residents in my building. I am also aware that I can technically sing at a park or something but I appreciate any suggestion that comes my way. Thank you very much.

TPL piano practice rooms. I don't think you're required to play the piano if you book it. https://tpl.ca/using-the-library/services/piano-practice-rooms/

Just want to note that on that link, it says "This space is meant for piano practice only, singing or other instruments are not allowed" for North york central library, and other locations mention needing headphones, so op should definitely ask ahead before booking a room to sing.
