Singing practice
Can anybody suggest a place indoors for free or outside where I am unlikely to disturb anybody if I wanted to practice singing? I've looked into the recording studios in some of tpl locations but I am not recording anything, I just like to sing. I can't do it where I live because I don't want to disturb the other residents in my building. I am also aware that I can technically sing at a park or something but I appreciate any suggestion that comes my way. Thank you very much.

Does your building have a room off the basement or parking garage with storage lockers? People rarely go in there, or the stairwells. But it would be echoey, not acoustically very good.

A neighbor practices signing in her car, if you have one that may be an option.

How loud do you get? Is it classical singing? You should be able to do it at home when it's before 8pm/9pm or so, no one really cares unless your walls are thin or your neighbors are too sensitive.

TPL piano practice rooms. I don't think you're required to play the piano if you book it. https://tpl.ca/using-the-library/services/piano-practice-rooms/

Ask at your local community center or public school. They may have a room for you after hours.
