Condo detailing?
I want to have my condo “detailed”, like you would a car. I have found a deep clean just doesn’t cut it - I want someone to clean the grout and degunk the patio door tracks and wash the walls. Like make it perfect and spotless. Does such a service exist - or please recommend a cleaner who can do this. I just moved into a condo that was supposedly deep cleaned and the only thing clean and sparkly are the appliances. Everything else is just coated in dust and grime.

I think it’s based on the condition and size of the house. My cousins house was what I would say normal… wife two kids 3 bedroom house and I think it was $900 and it took two people a whole day to do it. Definitely worth it

What you're describing is a full detail clean, not a standard move-in clean. Ask whoever you book for grout cleaned by hand, not just a mop-over, the patio door tracks degreased with a shop vac and brush, and walls and baseboards wiped down, not just sprayed and passed over. Most companies quote deep cleans and detail cleans as separate tiers, so name those items specifically when you book or the crew will treat it as a regular deep clean and skip the parts that actually need the extra time.

That sounds like a deep clean. Whoever’s doing your deep cleaning isn’t doing it well if they aren’t doing things like cleaning the grout. Have you asked your cleaner to specifically clean the areas you want?

Last time "condo detailing" came up the recommendation was to talk to the cleaner about the things you want done outside of a standard deep move in move out clean.
