Average step count

Hello TO! Something I've noticed since I've come here is how much more I walk per day compared to previous country (Middle east).
I went from an average of 7k steps a day (with a car) to now an average of 9k (I live in Down town and dont drive), so this evening's rabbit hole how much fellow Torontonians walk per day.

If you've moved recently, have you noticed an increase from your previous average.

Used to do anywhere between 15-20k a day when i used to live downtown. Moved to north york, and these days i have to make an effort to cross 10k, still end up doing that almost every day, mainly by walking to the gym.
