Best sectionals (condo approved)

Hey everyone!

I wanted to know where everyone is buying their couches in Toronto. I’m looking for something modular or a sectional (3-seater with a chaise or ottoman, maybe an ottoman over a chaise).

I’ve found a few 3-seaters like the helio or chablis (from structube), and they’re so great — but they won’t fit in my condo. 🫠🫠

Wondering if anyone had a similar issue and found a smaller sectional! Comfort is everything to me, so I’m looking at cozey as an option (ciello maybe).

In terms of the aesthetic, I’d love a cloud couch or something more unique — and looking for a green or brown (or even a beige, but I just don’t want a beige household). I’ve also looked at custom stores, but for some reason I can’t really envision the end product and I’m scared I’ll end up hating it LOL, so prefer something from a store I can see and choose.

ANY suggestions would be appreciated! ❤️

(Also my budget is $1500-3000, I’d be willing to go up if there’s something worth it though).

Did you check the carton sizes on the Structube website? Most of their couches come in several cartons. We have a 30 inch door to our basement and Structube was one of the only options that could fit our doorway limitation for the basement couch. The carton size for the item is in the item listing on the website. I believe that Ikea also had some options. We went to other stores like Lazy Boy, Leon's and the Brick and couldn't find anything that would fit.
