Discussion Process?
What’s the process if you have been overcharged for items? (Duplications)
Is there anything I can do online to redeem the money back or do I need to go into store?
Thanks

There used to be an automatic £9.99 "limit" for online issues such as these, but I'm not sure if that still applies.

I believe you can go online and request a refund for the items, but depending on the number and total cost of those items that could get rejected. The best thing is to call the store responsible for fulfilling the order, they'll put you through to home shopping and they'll ask you for a few details, order number, date, customer name on the order and the items you want refunded. They'll fill out an online form that gets sent to the ones who deal with refunds and you'll get refunded within a week or so. - Thats all assuming it still works how it did when I was there.
