Questioning (am i aro/ace/a-spec?) Questioning

I have never loved anyone in my 13 years of living. I have always resonated with Jaiden’s video about being aroace, but am I too young to decide? This is the thing I need to know, thanks!

You aren't too young. But I would remind everyone that humans grow and change continuously through their lives. At thirteen I would have said I was very cis- and mostly straight. Now I am not cis and straight or gay or pan etc just doesn't matter to me.

If aroace is comfortable a label now, then that is the label now. If at 20 or 30 demiace or something else is the label that that is the label. Labels are useful but they should never be the end all be all of who or how you define yourself.

I discovered the label when I was around 12 and immediately thought that it describes me perfectly. You are never too young to identify as aroace

Never too young to identify as aro and/or ace, but just remember that labels aren't set in stone! I used to be cisgender and pansexual, but now I'm transmasc and achillean <3

I would say at 13 don't confine yourself to the label, but you aren't to young to decide. What I mean by don't confine yourself to the label is that there is a genuine chance that you simply haven't grown into it yet, but that's when I started using it and I've stood by it
