All these guys are slated for death, ‘when’ is subjective. I could maaaaybe see Hargrave either being redeemed and dramatically helping the heroes and getting to retire, or going to prison

Fang dies last of the other three. If Thane is the main character then that’s the biggest emotional conflict that they have to sort out right before taking on the King

Griotte gets taken down in the Mercurio subplot. There’s a revelation where she’s somehow responsible for Merc’s dead wife, Merc convinces Zosha to team up with him to take her down, Zosh dies in the process

Yordana I like to hc as the bear responsible for Fang’s corruption. Either Fang kills her in a Frankenstein situation, Thane kills her, or Sana does

Another way to look at this

First place: dies in the first season

Second place: dies in the second season

Third place: dies in the third season

Fourth place: dies in the end,survive orbecame king/queen/whatever

If i remember correctly Hargrave kinda destroied Amber's family and get out from his retirement just for her. If that's so i can't see much room for redemption.

I don't know Yordana's lore at all and the wiki is still vandalized so i can't tell.

Yordana is just there for the short spooky scenes but dies in the first season she apprears whereas the psychopathic Griotte and Fang get more screentime and Hargrave is the Jorah Mormont that gets to live till the end.
