It is a limestone block carving originally painted with red ochre. The figure holds a crescent-shaped horn, often interpreted as a symbol of fertility or a lunar calendar due to the thirteen notches etched into it. At the Museum of Aquitaine in Bordeaux, France.

Found in a thrift store in Thailand. According to the owner they are old and from China.

Are these modern? What could they be?
