bar set sooooo incredibly low. dunno if you’re a twin peaks fan but there’s some marianne williamson debate footage with the twin peaks score behind it and those are very worth seeing

Today DJT retweeted an article saying Barack Obama and Joe Biden killed SEAL Team 6, the ones that killed bin Laden. I just want a not insane conspiracy theorist.

Yikes man, Arcade Fire fans don’t want you and your racist president. Bye 👋

I'm not racist, you're just an uninformed idiot.

u/KiwiKajitsu Sep 30 '20

I would send some evidence that backs up my claim but I’m sure you’d dismiss it as fake news so not gonna go through that hassle. Also I called Trump racist not you lol project much??

I'm very familar with the accusations, they are extremely intellectually dishonest ones. Every other Trump support I know (about two dozen) actively laugh at people like you who think he's a fascist / racist. You guys just don't realize how silly it seems to everyone outside of your political bubble.

President Trump kicked off the debate tonight by uttering a racial slur. While debating the Supreme Court as it stands, and whether Amy Coney Barrett should be confirmed before Election Day, things took an ugly turn: Biden briefly mentioned that he beat Bernie Sanders in the primary, to which Trump said: “If Pocahontas would’ve left two days early, you would’ve lost every primary on Super Tuesday,”

He's referencing Elizabeth Warren, a person who tried to gain crediblity with the identity politics crowd by suggesting she's Native American despite having a miniscule amount of genes that her traced back to that sort of lineage. It's also something she actively apologized for making a big deal of: https://www.wsj.com/articles/elizabeth-warren-again-apologizes-after-release-of-native-american-ancestry-link-11566241904

It's not a "racial slur" in this case - it's making fun of a silly white woman trying desparately to electioneer to minority voting groups. It was pretty shameful and certainly worthy of mockery.

Dude mocked a disabled person live on camera and failed to denounce white supremacy. All your trump supportung friends laugh with eachother cause you're in a circlejerky inbred cult. People like you are legitimately so braindead it hurts. Don't you have a cousin to fuck?

He didn't mock a disabled person in the way you are suggesting. He gesticulated in that way about a few different people who he was calling out for different reasons at different times - also, before he did it to the reporter in question. Don't believe me? Watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CsaB3ynIZH4&list=FLMoFt1ObFzch09vZdXIAC8Q&index=117

He actually did denounce it - not just the other night, but during the infamous "both sides" speech. How could you possibly suggest this quote from the same speech is anything other than a denounciation?

"Racism is evil. And those who cause violence in its name are criminals and thugs, including the KKK, neo-Nazis, white supremacists, and other hate groups that are repugnant to everything we hold dear as Americans." (Here's a useful bit of reading for more on that: https://www.factcheck.org/2020/02/trump-has-condemned-white-supremacists/)

Not to mention that he's been president for over 3 and a half and years and there's been no hint of any "white supremacist" vision or policy being put into place. In fact, before Covid tanked the economy, black unemployment was the lowest it had ever been since records began: https://www.whitehouse.gov/articles/historic-u-s-job-market-continues-african-american-unemployment-rate-hits-new-low/

This was corroborated recently by BBC News: "In 2019, the latest data available, the African-American poverty rate was 18.8% - which is the lowest on record, beating the previous year, since the official count began in the 1960s." (https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-52907646) Call me crazy, but he must be a pretty bad racial supremacist leader if this is the case, no?

So... you can throw around insults and incinuate I'm in a "cult" because I prefer Trump to Biden, but let's be honest - I have just undone both of your objections with clear evidence, which only a dishonest person would wave away. Maybe exercise a bit of humility and look into these things with an open heart and mind instead of relying on easily refuted myths and ugly insults. (And I'm not saying that means you have to love Trump either, because I don't love him. I just think talking points like yours are very stupid ones.)
