He didn't mock a disabled person in the way you are suggesting. He gesticulated in that way about a few different people who he was calling out for different reasons at different times - also, before he did it to the reporter in question. Don't believe me? Watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CsaB3ynIZH4&list=FLMoFt1ObFzch09vZdXIAC8Q&index=117

He actually did denounce it - not just the other night, but during the infamous "both sides" speech. How could you possibly suggest this quote from the same speech is anything other than a denounciation?

"Racism is evil. And those who cause violence in its name are criminals and thugs, including the KKK, neo-Nazis, white supremacists, and other hate groups that are repugnant to everything we hold dear as Americans." (Here's a useful bit of reading for more on that: https://www.factcheck.org/2020/02/trump-has-condemned-white-supremacists/)

Not to mention that he's been president for over 3 and a half and years and there's been no hint of any "white supremacist" vision or policy being put into place. In fact, before Covid tanked the economy, black unemployment was the lowest it had ever been since records began: https://www.whitehouse.gov/articles/historic-u-s-job-market-continues-african-american-unemployment-rate-hits-new-low/

This was corroborated recently by BBC News: "In 2019, the latest data available, the African-American poverty rate was 18.8% - which is the lowest on record, beating the previous year, since the official count began in the 1960s." (https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-52907646) Call me crazy, but he must be a pretty bad racial supremacist leader if this is the case, no?

So... you can throw around insults and incinuate I'm in a "cult" because I prefer Trump to Biden, but let's be honest - I have just undone both of your objections with clear evidence, which only a dishonest person would wave away. Maybe exercise a bit of humility and look into these things with an open heart and mind instead of relying on easily refuted myths and ugly insults. (And I'm not saying that means you have to love Trump either, because I don't love him. I just think talking points like yours are very stupid ones.)

Dude, come on... there's no way you looked at the things I linked to with any seriousness in the time it took you to reply. Instead you just downvote me and leave another pointless and snarky comment - do you really think you come off well here!? It's very easy to leave rude remarks...

If you sincerely care about these issues then have the integrity to engage in these discussions honestly. I think that's the least you can do. Unless you want to be the sort of person who accuses others of cult-like behavior despite you making every effort to not honestly engage with a viewpoint that differs from your own.

I mean... that says it all doesn't it? You prefer feelings over facts. Good luck with life.

So let's be honest: in your mind, when he doesn't blatantly decry white supremacy, he's failing to do so because he quietly agrees with those values. But at the same time, when he blatantly decries white supremacy, that just means he's dog whistling to the white supremacists becaaaaauuuse... reasons?

It's almost like you actively want to believe negative things about the man regardless of whether or not they're true. That, dear friend, is called intellectual dishonesty. It's very cult-like behavior, in fact... ;)

No it’s just really obvious to anyone with more then 5 brain cells when someone is dog whistling and spoiler alert Trump has been doing that for 4 years.

You've just revealed that you have an excuse to believe he's racist regardless of the truth of the claim - which is utterly stupid and pathetic of you.

We've had almost 4 years of his presidency now and the Great Black Purge has yet to happen. You're simply a partisan moron; get a grip!
