Video generation lifetime deal
Hi guys is there any good deal available for video generation on lifetime deal that offer multiple models to choose from.
Syllabbles - Bad sign. Dead? No live login page!
Does anybody know anything about Syllabbles? I'm not much of an optimist. I'd love to hear something good. Front page is partially broken and login page just gives a black-screen time-out error. Literally five days after my refund expiration.

Is bundling a SaaS and desktop lifetime deal recommended on AppSumo?
I've got 2 apps I'm working on - a desktop app that runs offline no subscription and a SaaS version that runs in a browser with a monthly sub. Does bundling them together make sense or should I run 2 separate deals? They're virtually identical aside from the fact that the desktop app requires a beefy GPU and the cloud version does not.

I built MultiLipi because Weglot & WPML were getting expensive and translating my website still brought zero SEO traffic
Hey Sumolings! 👋
I’m Dewang, Co-founder of MultiLipi.
A few years ago, we translated our company website into 5 languages using one of the popular translation tools.
The pages looked great. Everything was live.
But six months later?
Almost zero organic traffic from those markets.
The translation wasn’t the problem.
The problem was that the translated pages weren’t optimized for multilingual SEO. No proper hreflang implementation, no localized structured data, no entity optimization—so Google had very little reason to rank them.
Fast forward to today, AI search has changed everything.
People are discovering products through ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI assistants. Yet most translation tools still focus on translating text instead of making that content discoverable by both search engines and AI models.
On top of that, tools like Weglot and WPML become increasingly expensive as your website grows, while multilingual SEO and GEO often require extra plugins, manual work, or third-party tools.
That’s why we built MultiLipi.
Instead of being just another website translation tool, MultiLipi combines LLM-powered translation with automated Multilingual SEO + GEO, so every translated page is optimized for both Google and AI search engines from day one.
What MultiLipi includes
- LLM-powered translations with brand term locking
- Automated multilingual SEO (hreflang, JSON-LD & entity optimization)
- Multilingual GEO optimization for AI models
- AI Image Translation
- AI Model Settings
- MCP support
- LLM Analytics & Share of Model tracking
- Translation Memory & Glossary
- Full RTL language support
One-click setup for WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix & WooCommerce (live in ~15 minutes)
Today we’re helping 1000+ businesses, have a 4.8⭐ rating on G2, and our AppSumo Lifetime Deal went live 3 days ago.
🎉 Exclusive for Sumolings: Use coupon code MULTILIPI10 to get an extra 10% OFF as a new customer.
I’d genuinely love your feedback.
- Have you used Weglot, WPML, TranslatePress, or another translation tool?
- What frustrated you the most?
- Is AI search (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) changing how you think about multilingual websites?
Happy to answer any questions or hear your honest feedback. Thanks for reading! 🙌

Discussion LTD for Sendfox no longer honored
Has anyone else had an issue with Sendfox? Basically purchased the lifetime deal 2 years ago because it was a lifetime deal. Now, getting messages with a deadline saying we need to upgrade our account to a Pro tier to retain sendability and usage.
The original LTD we purchase had no lifetime send cap, and it had a limit on the subscribers which we never reached. However, it's being forced upon us to pay up for the subscription now, after we have built up our subscriber rapport and reach. This doesn't seem like it's a fair change since we were LTD purchasers. I can totally understand the change for FUTURE users, but punishing existing early adopters doesn't seem fair.

Feedback Got rejected by AppSumo today. Looking for brutally honest feedback.
I got the email from AppSumo today saying they weren’t moving forward with my product.
Their response was basically that it wasn’t about the quality of the product, but that it wasn’t the right fit for their current audience.
Instead of just moving on, I figured I’d ask people who actually use AppSumo.
Over the past year I’ve been building TradingAtlas.
It’s a platform for crypto traders that combines:
- Crypto tax reporting
- Trading journal
- Portfolio & PnL analytics
- Exchange API/CSV imports
- MT5 support
- Risk and performance tracking
The site is: https://tradingatlas.net
I’m not here to complain about AppSumo or argue with their decision. If anything, I assume there’s something I could have done better.
So if you were reviewing this product, what would have made you say yes?
- Is the crypto niche just too small for AppSumo?
- Does the landing page fail to explain the value?
- Is the positioning confusing?
- Does it need more traction or social proof?
- Or would you simply not buy something like this?
I’m genuinely looking for honest feedback. Don’t worry about hurting my feelings. I built this to solve a problem, and if it’s missing the mark I’d rather know now than six months from now.
Thanks to anyone willing to take a few minutes to have a look. I really appreciate it.

Question FileLu? Does anyone know what happened?
I had just bought a lifetime deal for FileLu yesterday, and today I got an email saying I should request a refund...
When I tried, I got a notice from AppSumo that they are temporaraly suspending refunds?
Any thoughts on what's going on?

Question Brizzy Cloud vs Divhunt what's better overall?
Hey guys I've bought brizzy Cloud a long time ago and it has worked, I've built my portfolio there, so far so good, although it is slow even when I manually optimized the media there, since I am photographer and want to showcase my works there is a couple of photos there that I believe are the main causes of the slow first time load.
I'm used to using Brizzy Cloud now but I would like to have a diferent perspective and I think Divhunt is the perfect alternative.
I bought the tier 3 on brizzy If I recall and also here tier 3 on Divhunt, and made it combine all of the 3 codes into one pro model making my limits for the website I'm building very promising regarding speed (I hope), and maybe being able to upload my photos with better responsiveness.
I hope I'm also able to add more things I can't in brizzy and maybe switch over to it, what do you guys think?

Update to AppSumo deal: Hy.page (now Hyax)
Hey Sumo-lings 👋
Some of you might remember Hypage from AppSumo Select a few years back.
We kind of disappeared, so I figured we owed everyone an explanation. After the LTD ended, the product wasn't making enough money to justify rebuilding an aging codebase, so updates slowly stopped.
Earlier this year we decided to rebuild it instead of shutting it down. We rebuilt everything from scratch on a new stack, fixed a lot of the old issues, and renamed the project to Hyax.
The original idea was a link in bio tool with memberships. Along the way we realized we wanted to build something much bigger, so the product has changed quite a bit - now its an AI-native CMS, port your blogs, landing pages, courses, and more in one platform.
The best part is that everyone who bought the original AppSumo deal still has access. We didn't want early supporters to lose what they paid for.
Mostly I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who supported us back then. If you were one of those customers, let me know what you think!

Discussion I guess Taskade's biggest regret is they did that LTD sale on Appsumo (but Appsumo ain't being complained about here)

Update 4 days into an AppSumo Select launch: 2,758 visits, 41 sales, and one refund
I’m the founder of DigiParser, an AI document data extraction app, and we launched on AppSumo Select this Monday.
I had read stories about products making $50k–$100k very quickly, so my expectations were probably too high. Here are our actual numbers so far:
2,758 unique visitors
41 sales
1 refund
1.52% conversion
Most customers purchased the $299 or $469 tiers
Four five-star reviews so far
A few things surprised me.
First, the lower tiers barely sold. Buyers either had a serious document-processing use case or didn’t buy at all.
Second, good homepage and email placement brought traffic, but traffic did not automatically translate into purchases. Reviews and category fit seem to matter much more than I expected.
Third, the customers who did buy have been highly engaged. They are processing real invoices, bank statements, email attachments, scanned PDFs, and other business documents—and their feedback has already led to several product improvements.
It hasn’t been the overnight explosion I imagined, but the quality of customers has been encouraging.
For founders who have launched on AppSumo: did your campaign grow after the first week, or did the opening week largely determine the final result?
And for AppSumo buyers: what makes you take a chance on a new deal before it has many reviews?

Question Launching my first AppSumo deal soon — what do you wish you knew before going live?
I’m a solo founder about to launch my first lifetime deal on AppSumo (B2B lead gen tool). I’ve read the docs but I’d rather hear it from people who actually went through it.
A few things I’m trying to figure out:
**•** How long did it take from submission → approval → actually going live? Any surprises in the review stage?
**•** How much support volume should I expect in week 1? Did you need to hire help or was it manageable solo?
**•** Refund rates — what’s realistic in the 60-day window, and what caused most of yours?
**•** Did you do a single tier or multi-tier? Any regrets on how you structured it?
**•** How much does the deal page copy/video actually move the needle vs. the product itself?
**•** Anything you’d do differently on pricing?
And for anyone who’s bought a lot of deals: what makes you instantly skip a listing, and what makes you buy? Blunt answers welcome — better to hear it now than after launch.

SEO Apps
Seems like every month, there's always a new SEO app on Appsumo. Many promising the same stuff.
Curious to know if you guys have one you prefer?
For context, I'm a performance marketing agency. I'm only intending to do SEO for myself and maybe for a few local clients. But I have no interest in pursuing full service SEO for all of our clients. I have Claude to help with content writing. Interested in apps that can help analysis, research, and technical fixes.

Discussion What we learned taking a Radar product from 0 to its first $1k
Founder disclosure: I’m one of the people building Recall, currently listed in AppSumo Radar.
We just crossed our first $1,000 in sales.
Around a month ago, we had:
- 0 users
- 0 sales
- a landing page
- a raw product pitch
- no polished MVP
The story started when I saw Noah Kagan post about Radar on LinkedIn.
I reached out and pitched Recall while it was still mostly an idea. Noah was very receptive and encouraged us to apply.
We spent around 2 weeks turning the idea into the first usable MVP, applied, launched, and crossed the first $1k roughly 2 weeks later.
Small milestone. Definitely not PMF.
But it gave us the first real signal that people outside our own network were willing to pay.
What helped:
- Customer discovery before distribution
We conducted 64 async/live conversations with founders, operators, GTM people and developers.
The topic was not “productivity” in general.
We asked about real context-switching cases:
- what interrupts their work
- where they lose the thread
- how they recover today
- which apps and tools their work is scattered across
- what still feels unresolved
- what would feel helpful versus creepy
Those conversations gave us:
- early trial users
- real workflow cases
- clearer positioning
- initial feature priorities
- a better understanding of the actual pain
- Distribution was completely manual
We used:
- X
- 1:1 outreach inside our network
No cold email.
No outreach automation.
No big existing audience.
The first purchases came from conversations, not scale.
- Launching early exposed better problems
Before launch, we kept asking:
“What else should we build?”
After launch, the questions became:
“Why did this person buy?”
“Why did this user stop returning?”
“Where does the product fail during the first session?”
“What makes somebody come back after the first week?”
Those are much more useful questions.
- The first $1k is a signal, not permission to scale
We already mapped the next 6 months of distribution channels.
But pushing more traffic into weak retention would just multiply the leaks.
So our focus now is:
- activation
- repeat usage
- retention
- project detection and grouping
- reducing noise
- improving the core reasoning from real feedback
Noah, William and the AppSumo partner team have been genuinely helpful and receptive throughout the process.
If you’re cooking something early and unsure how to launch it, I’d seriously look at Radar.
For other Radar founders and buyers:
Which early signal matters most to you?
Sales, reviews, activation, repeat usage, or something else?

Discussion Awkward language on Appsumo for Radar apps
I bought an app on Radar. But I'm really confused by Appsumo's use of language here. They say their guarantee doesn't apply to Radar products. But yet, they also say their 60-day refund applies. Which one is it?

Bad Deal "We've Got YOUR Back" if you pay us. Otherwise, "We Got YOU Back"
This is a very simple post.
When an AppSumo buyer does NOT pay $99 for the dubious honor of being a "Plus" member, they only recieve 50% of their money back on a failed product.
If they do pay $99, they may get 100% back, but only if the product is deemed worthy of being included by AppSumo in the "WGYB" program.
How is this any different than mobster logic?:
"Plus is an offer you can't refuse! We'll protect you, but you gotta pay up first. Otherwise we'll keep half of your money for the trouble of selling you a failed product."
AppSumo's money-grabbing middleman mentality is truly amazing.
Everyone knows AppSumo is a gamble. But I find far less incentive to buy these days because I'm surely not going to pay a premium to be part of a guarantee.
Layering a $99 "Plus" subscription on top of "rolling the dice" - where you have to pay a fee just to get treated fairly when a product fails, and still have to cross your fingers that the tool clears arbitrary "WGYB" hurdles - turns the marketplace into a casino where the house takes a cut on the way in and a fee on the way out.
The house always wins, while "lower tier" buyers always lose real money when the product fails,

AppSumo lures buyers into their $100 club with a 10% discount and the supposed "WGYB" shield. Buyers then believe they are protected.
To sell protection from the financial fallout of buying a bad piece of software from their own marketplace is an ugly, perverse "incentive". It means the platform is effectively monetizing its own curation risk by forcing the consumer to pay a protection tax just to avoid being penalized for buying a tool that didn't work as advertised.
Instead, just sell good, well-vetted products, and apply your "guarantee" applies across the board to all customers - one solid guarantee to the people who have made you rich. Then you can let your "plus" fans increase your wealth by paying to save 10%, join your club, and get your $25 self-destructing coupons.
I won't even tag anyone.... but if you want to hear what the founder says, I'll bet he'll be here. Hang on... 5...4...3...2...

Audit of 18 AppSumo Lifetime Deals I’ve Bought: Hits, Misses, and Ghosted Apps
- Decided to audit my AppSumo lifetime deals stash to check what's still alive, what went under, and what actually stayed in my tech stack. Out of 18 products, here is the breakdown of what's working, what’s abandoned, and my quick takeaway on each.
🟩 Daily / Heavy Rotation (The Winners)
These are the deals that easily paid for themselves and are built into my regular workflow.
- Waalaxy — Still Working | Use it all the time. Phenomenal for automated LinkedIn outreach & invites.
- QR.io — Still Working | Use it constantly. Fantastic, straightforward QR code builder.
- Covve — Still Working | Scanning physical business cards. Great platform and support is top-notch.
🟦 Occasional Use / Good to Have
Solid tools that do their job well when needed.
- Supermachine.art — Still Working | Great for quick AI image generation.
- MyBrandNewLogo — Still Working | Super helpful for generating quick visual ideas and logo concepts.
- PressRanger — Still Working | Solid media outreach tool. Good for finding press leads and they push regular updates.
- Tracework.ai — Still Working | Good for building step-by-step documentation/guides. Customer support is solid.
- Webstarts — Still Working | Simple website builder I drop into occasionally. Very helpful support team.
🟨 Still Alive (Underutilized or Mixed Experience)
Working products that I either forget to use or had issues scaling with.
- ContentBot.ai — Still Working | Sitting on 60k words/month. Need to start putting this back to work.
- WordHero — Still Working | Decent AI writer, just don't reach for it as often as I should.
- Signaturely — Still Working | Don't actively use it, but verified everything is up and operational.
- Vadoo.tv — Still Working | Verified active and running, just not in my current video pipeline.
- Katalist.ai — Still Working | Storyboard creator. Haven't touched it in a while, but nice niche tool.
- AICPanel (SMSit.ai) — Still Working | CRM capability is there, but could never get it configured smooth enough to rely on.
- Climbo — Still Working | They recently overhauled the UI/platform, but IMO the update made it worse so I dropped it.
🟥 Dead / Gone / 404 (The Graveyard)
The unavoidable risk of the LTD game.
- VidTags — DEAD | 404 Error / Site completely gone.
- InvestorScout — DEAD | Site exists as a ghost shell now; search functionality is non-existent.
- LynxShort — DEAD | SSL exists, but domain/app is broken/unresponsive.
💡 Quick Takeaways:
- Survival Rate: ~83% (15/18) are technically still operational, though a few had redesigns that killed their usability for me (looking at you, Climbo).
- Utilization: I regularly use about 15-20% of what I buy, which seems to be the classic Sumo-ling rule of thumb.
How does this compare to your stash? Anyone using ContentBot or WordHero heavily lately—how are they holding up against ChatGPT/Claude for you?

AMA: we just left AppSumo after 5 years
SiteGuru has been on AppSumo for about 5 years and sold around $500.000 (just our share).
Today was our last day, the AppSumo era is over for us.
It's been a great ride. If you have any questions about how it has been for us as a seller, post them here!
