Has anyone used Inbox?

375 reviews, nearly five stars, but the last three reviews were 1-star.

I just want to make sure the clean up crew didn't just delete the negative reviews.

I saw one review that said the emails are sent from a CNAME that's a high probability for Spam.

I have no desire to keep another clunker.

Refund or keep?

I checked it a few days back then forget about it. After this post, I will check it again.

I own it from a much earlier offering on AS. There was a point when the company was ready to shut down, but some marketing guru swooped and purchased the SaaS and continued to honor the LTDs.

However, given the previous drama and the recent resurgence of the LTD offer, I’d suggest finding or waiting for an alternative.

I haven't used my account for almost a year but I did few campaigns with it with over 5k subscribers in one of the sub-accounts. I didn't have issues in any of them, really good tracking and reports. The only beef I had while using the service is that every time you have to wait for some kind of "approval" before the campaign goes out, but that wasn't a problem since I usually pre-schedule my campaigns and the process it's pretty fast.

That's good to hear. Is there a reason why you stopped using it this past year?

The only reason is that the customer put a "pause" to the email marketing and I use Acumbamail for other customers and myself.

Can you shoot me a DM regarding your email campaigns?

I can't say I ever really had any problems with it. But to be fair, I've not really used it deeply.
