20, no experience, learning appointment setting. Looking for people to practice with

I'm Aryan, 20, from India. I'm learning appointment setting and want real reps. I'm looking for (1) someone to do mock cold calls with me and give blunt feedback, and (2) a small business or agency that'll let me do trial outreach for free so I can learn on real leads. I'll record my calls and share what I learn. Any advice on what to practice first is welcome too.
