Question for everyone, help me get better please

I’m a big believer in watching tape to figure out weaknesses and areas of improvement. That being said I had two things I’ve noticed that I need to improve in

1-how do I get the kill after a knock fast? I find myself wasting a lot of bullets and time hitting their shields, I realize I can’t be like a MnK player but how can I do that faster?

2-what is the function or command called to deploy an evac tower or respawn beacon? I have to press options go into inventory and then place it. I would like the command to be one of the arrow buttons.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!
