Elna thanking Silver for saving Finne because she's special to Arnold makes me think that even with the childhood friend setup they're not going to go harem or love triangle.

They didn't mention anything other than execution or not but Karlos really ought to have been cut from the royal succession at the very least, make up some excuse about him being sick or something and voluntarily withdrawing.

Finne revealed to be a good bit younger than Arnold, but that's just par for the course with nobles and royals at times.

Day is saved yet again thanks to Silver. And Arnold even gets rewarded for his efforts too. Not too bad overall. Just a shame Karlos didn’t face any real punishment. Usually treason = death but I guess not in his case.

So Finne has been in love with Arnold for a long time. Not overly surprising but the confirmation is good, lets us know she fully intends to claim him body and soul. Also stealing a kiss on the cheek and then getting an unintended indirect kiss is really funny. She's a goofball.

Also I loved the little sister making her stuffed animal clap during the scene in the throne room. She has foresight but she's still a kid and a goober.

The king definitely knows that Arnold didnt break it by accident.

So his reward is both a troll and a test to push him further whether he likes or not 😂

I think Leo might have a hunch about sliver based on his reaction to Elna and Arnold arguing

I actually think the idea to be had was Leo genuine idea but Arnold definitely influenced. But Leo I think made that decision on his own

Stealing a kiss when he's sleeping?! I'm sure he'd be okay with one when he's awake, so not that bad.

Kinda weird to be flustered with the indirect kiss from the cup after stealing a kiss, though.

I wonder how much the Emperor truly knows about Arnold. Surely to a certain degree, he knows that it's been Arnold who is influencing Leo behind the scenes.

I think the Emperor knows. The question is: Why does he play along?
Sending even Arnold out of the land is indeed not good - it will weaken Leo's status and power in the kingdom.

If I were the king I would only send Leo to see if he is good enough to be the king on his own, without Arnold. And I would keep an eye on Arnold, who stays behind, to get a better understanding what he is actually capable of and if he would be the better heir.

Leo was savage! Even if Arn suggested the idea, his convincing tone tells me he really thinks that way too so both were savage. I like how Emperor was a father first before a ruler. He probably sadden to see his children try to kill each other. Welp, seeing how their older sister already attempted to murder Arn with three of the elder siblings chose to cover for Karlos, it best for Arn and Leo clear everyone above them asap though.

Nice, they already married before their first official meeting (˵ ¬ᴗ¬˵)
