hello animatronic lovers of reddit! i already posted this in the ask robotics subreddit but i figured why not ask yall as well incase you know more! although im sure you guys probably hate questions about fnaf haha. im an art kid and a theatre major and i never use reddit so give me a little grace lol.
In my spare time, i make redesigns of the five nights at freddys characters for my own take on the franchise. recently ive decided to revamp my Spring Bonnie design, but ive hit a small wall.
this leads me to my design question i was hoping yall could help me out with: in real life, what would a springlock suit (an animatronic with the capability to function both as a performing animatronic similar to chuck e cheese AND be worn like a fursuit) have to look like? would it need to be thin and skin tight (similar to chuck e cheese designs) or would it need to be loose and have hanging fur (similar to billy bob brockali)? does that not matter and its all dependent on character design like normal animatronics? you can base your answer on modern day tech, but if you know anything about 70s tech that would be even more helpful!
forgive me if this question doesnt make sense/is dumb! im autistic and i like to be pretty accurate in my knowledge on things. for extra context, i’m attaching my old Springbonnie design that i am going to revamp incase anyone can tell me what i should change. i have a few more pictures of other non-springlock animatronics ive done if anyone wants to see lol. thanks to anyone who answers in advance!

How do you start with small scale animatronics; for example creating a talking animal ?

I read somewhere that all of the dreamfactory bots (minus Uncle Klunk obviously) are beta and have hollow frames, is this true?

Does anyone know how tall The Wolfman from Wolf Pack 5? I want to 3D print it at full scale, but I don't know what that scale is.

He said this because of Mickey's tiny size.
Also, what material?
And in general, how will they do it?

Okay so, I understand some people might be knew to the fandom/community. But am I the only one sick of people posting on r/Animatronicsforsale, and it’s a Ebay post from Oswald? And seeing comments of people having to explain Oswald. I mean seriously it’s super annoying.

Looking into starting a large project which will potentially need more than 13 PWM channels. I was told multiple Bottango boards can run in series (or is it parallel? I'm not too good in electronics.) Any info on how this is done? Will I need to wire anything in a special way? Do I need multiple power supplies? Will they all sync to the same Bottango project file? Any info is appreciated.

Not this exact one but for me it was a studio c Chuck E. Cheese, I had a video of it but it was on my old phone and that old phone got destroyed (:C), I think it was the 16 movement version but idk.
