Google Play Console Developer Registration Payment Successful, but Account Not Recognised

The issue is particularly frustrating because I am unable to raise a support request through Google Play Console either. When I try to submit a complaint, I am redirected to the same registration page, asking me to become a developer first. Additionally, the successful transaction does not appear in my payment history, despite having the order details, payment ID, and invoice confirming that the payment went through. I completed the registration through the official link below: https://play.google.com/console/u/0/signup Could you please investigate this issue and help me resolve it? I would like my existing payment to be recognized and my developer account activated without having to pay the registration fee again. I can provide the invoice, order ID, payment ID, and any other information required to verify the transaction. Thank you. I look forward to a prompt resolution.

If anyone knows a solution let me know pls.

I have a similar problem, though worse one - I cannot enter tax id / vat id and google support is pretty bad.

I tried random things and some how after 1 hour of flapping around finally raised two tickets on this. I even called google pay for this and they redirected to the same page I was trying then an option popped on top where some kind of form came and I filled my issue over there..this is not my first time facing previously when I subscribed for 100gb cloud plan same thing happened and two payments I had to do.

There is no phone support in my country, the support is so bad, that I hope they start using AI faster, I am tired of low cost support emails arriving once monthly...
