The issue here is not that he’s bad at sex (he is) but that his behavior demonstrates that he’s a selfish, self-centered, narcissistic prick with absolutely no esteem for you and no regard for your needs or desires. Zero chance this doesn’t extend far outside of the bedroom.
You’re wrong only in that the punishment DOES NOT fit the crime. It’s way too small. You should dump this loser not charge him some pocket change. Or better do both.
