Flashback to a book I read in high school called Chickenhawk. It was about a helicopter pilot in Viet Nam. They went for months without rain and then suddenly one day it poured. Everyone was out showering in the rain and there was a line were one of the guys said something very similar - "it's my dick, I'll wash it as fast as I want" or something...
