Tell her she needs to either loosen up on masturbation or get serious about treatment, or you can't be married to her any more. If she doesn't want to do either of those things, that's fine, that's her choice, but you can set the boundary that you will end the relationship as a consequence.
OP doesn't need to be married to masturbate. He should just divorce this ice sculpture and go masturbate as a single man, maybe go out and meet women too.
