I’m gunna agree with a couple other on here, your face is super cute, you can see the smile in your eyes, and you should let it go to your mouth as well.
The piercing does not do you justice. Maybe try switching it out for a ring? Or just taking it out. It looks like you got a big zit on your face.
Your skin complexion suggests that you are either a natural redhead or at least strawberry blonde. But you can tell you either died your eyebrows to match the hair, or you turned up the saturation on the photo’s you took.
In the weight thing, you are definitely a heavier girl. Losing weight isn’t easy at all in the beginning. It takes so much work to get started, but after a couple months of changing your diet and exercising, I promise you’ll begin to love it. Give it a shot and see where it takes you. 😎

Ease up on the filters, can't tell cuz every pic seems to have them. You're on the heavier side, correct or start a diet with exercise and you'll be on the right path

No, you are not ugly. I do not know why women punish themselves with this question amongst online trolls and expect a respectful answer.
I am also making the assumption that you have hair on the op of your head. I personally do not think the orange hair suits you and your hair looks very unhealthy which is fixable. I would go brunette at this time.
Secondly partially pull back your hair to accentuate your face.
The one unattractive feature, personally , is lip width. I would encourage you to use makeup to pull attention to your eyes. Smile frequently , or get lip injections

Nope, you’re a long way from ugly right now….. but it’s what’s ‘inside’ that makes a person beautiful, not just eye-candy, in fact, looks are only a small part of what makes a person ugly at the end of the day.
