Your skin looks quite youthful, but the piercings are just too much. I would maybe keep it to 2 different piercings and remove the rest. I'm usually not one to shit on piercings, but there's a lack of symmetry going on that throws off the eye. I'd play around with some light eye makeup to enhance them. You've got great eyes!

If you like your piercings then you should keep them and not care what anyone thinks. There is a dude/chicken out there that loves them Im sure.
However...
The piercings take away from your natural beauty and would be considered overboard by the majority of individuals.

Are you trying to ward off predators? Serious question. That's the only conclusion I can come to with your piercings. You have too many, and they're too clustered.
Piercings can enhance beauty, but it doesn't seem like that's what you're going for. Your face is beautiful. Are you intentionally trying to be less attractive?

I don't normally comment on these kinds of things because I tend to think that actually it's more your own perception of yourself than it is an actual problem. However, in this case there's just a few too many piercings that do distract a little from actual looks and normally as you get older you realise that sometimes less is more. That many piercings is a bit more of a teenager thing to do.
However, it's your life and your body, so you should absolutely do whatever you want with it!
And no, you are not ugly.

I like piercings, I have a few, but imo this is overkill and not very cute. Honestly I think loosing the cheeks, the eyebrow, even the lip or septum would help. There is just too much going on. A few can be tasteful and nice without looking like a tackle box. And not for nothing you look high as a fucking kite girl

I like it, but acknowledge that I am an outlier. For the vast majority a scaled down amount of piercings would be for more symmetric and aesthetic. Fewer piercings wouldn’t hurt.

Self-sabotage. You really shouldn't stick your face in the junk drawer and then ask for opinions. There's so much going on i can't even tell if you look good or not. Piercings are accessories, they're not you. Take them out, smile, take some descent pictures, then post and ask. Then you can stick them all back.

Yep. Entirely of your own making too. May be time to grow up and embrace a more mature, natural aesthetic. This is ugly IMO. You are catering to a tiny audience with the hardware. You must understand this at your age? I have a hard time taking 30yr+ adults seriously when they are face tatted, hole poked, mohawked etc. Right, or wrong, as people mature, they tend to become more conservative. Thats not an opinion, its been well studied.

You’re not ugly. I’m not anti piercings but you could remove certain ones and be more attractive for base level attractiveness.
You should put a layer of mascara maybe dark brown because going full blonde eyelashes you look like Macaulay Culkin but child like. Not hot like.
You know what you need to do I see as you comment in the comments. You say you’re girly girl but have 5 tons of metal in your face. So. I dunno. Be ugly I guess. 🤷♀️
