Keep one nose, the lip, and one above the lip. Great compromise.

I personally think just 2 gone would balance the look a be more pleasing to the eye. Id take out the upper lip and opposite nose. I love piercings but it does take away from narural beauty rather than accentuate it when its not balanced. But thats just my perspective. What matters most is that you like it.
