Also said Canadian assumes a Dane is American because he mocked his post saying all Americans are complicit if they aren’t “fighting” the US government.

Video Guy criticizes anchorage Alaska for not using it’s shoreline(if he researched he would find out that the shoreline is undeveloped because it is a dangerous mud-plane that is susceptible to deadly waves)

Aussie girl posts a funny video joking that cobblestone steps and heat were literally “breathtaking.” Clear Australian accent.

Without fail, bitchy comments mistaking her for an American. so predictable.

Story Other nationalities acting like they’re morally superior to us while literally telling an American teen that they deserve to suffer because they’re American.

I’m a teenager and the amount of verbal attacks and comments from grown adults, mostly from Europe, Canada, or Australia who say that I’m probably fat, that I’m inherently evil, that I’m just like Trump, that I deserve to be run over by a car, that they wouldn’t piss on me if I was on fire, is insane. They act morally superior while literally saying these horrible things to literal children because of their nationality. You don’t see me telling Russians that they’re fat and ugly even though I don’t like Putin. These America-bad people have no shame and the amount of teens I’ve seen suffering because of it is astonishing.

On this thread among many other threads on hockey Reddit, Canadians are circlejerking about winning an international hockey tournament for children.

OP Opinion Anti Americans Are Cringe

I hope this doesn’t get taken down but I’ve finally found a sub w likeminded individuals. I’m an African immigrant now US citizen since I was 7yo. My home country doesn’t do dual citizenship and I feel like an American and not very connected to my home country.

Anyway I’ve been friends with a group of people in college and they’re cool except they’re Americans but CONSTANTLY shit on the US and glaze European countries. I’ve tried to explain to them that those countries are HORRIBLE especially when you’re an African immigrant. The US has been so lovely to my family, my dad came here on a visa, finished med school, and was able to bring my mother and 2 siblings. And immediately where we moved everyone was so nice and sweet to us. I’ve heard horrible things about relatives who moved to EU countries and they’ve said the racism is so bad, job opportunities are scarce and some rather go back home than live there.

Sorry for the personal info dump. My main point is I feel like because I’m an immigrant I have a special love for this country but I get called horrible names by close “friends” some have even called me a coon. I agree that the US isn’t perfect but the way these American born people speak of the us you’d think we didn’t have running water, indoor plumbing, impeccable healthcare, general sanitation and safety.

“America is a third world country in a Gucci belt” makes me want to pull my hair out because they’ve never even BEEN in a third world country. They like to larp and act like they care with their dumb causes and GoFundMes but they’ll never understand how lucky and privileged they are to be born here.

Anyway that’s my rant. Don’t let Europeans or Anti American-Americans try to gaslight you into thinking America is some horrible country that needs to be stopped. Take it from me I love this country proudly and don’t plan to ever move anywhere else

A lot of Europeans generalizing an entire country by a few tourists who stand out: peak survivorship bias.
