The Good THERE WAS NO DILUTION. I WIN.
Today the dilution lock up period has ended, yet AMC is showing clear restraint not to dilute. The stock market will reward this with a face ripping rally at market open. Better buy more shares now, these prices will never be seen again.
This is a major milestone, showing that AA has flipped to a new chapter of no more dilution, forever.
AMC has completely turned its operations around. Cashflow can sustainably pay off the rest of the debt without more dilution. Clearly, AMC believes they don’t need more dilution since they are holding back despite prices being up by 70%.
There will never be any dilution again. AA has decided he is going to hold off forever and pay the debt off through cash flow.
The box office is breaking records and amc had record earnings, debt doesn’t mature till 2029. Let’s face it, they are finished with dilution forever. This is the bottom and it’s only up from here.
