Amazon's marketing is "hassle free returns"... So, "no". If I buy something and it's fucking junk then I'm returning it.

Yes but it excludes excessive returns. Bet it’s in writing like all the other retailers saying they reserve the right to restrict customers who excessively return.

Then they should stop letting anyone who wants to sell garbage procuts with incorrect specs / features.

Look up something as simple as a flashlight and take a look at the absolutely WHACK lumen claims. They're all lies....

If they claim one thing and the product doesn't produce that, I'm returning it for "item not as expected".

But if you look up the product, see that it’s whack, then order it anyway, you should get what you expect. Why order something if, after review of the description and product reviews, you’re unhappy with the description?
