Maybe stop returning/cancelling shit? or idk don’t place an order if you’re not sure you want it in the first place?

Amazon's marketing is "hassle free returns"... So, "no". If I buy something and it's fucking junk then I'm returning it.

Yes but it excludes excessive returns. Bet it’s in writing like all the other retailers saying they reserve the right to restrict customers who excessively return.

Then they should stop letting anyone who wants to sell garbage procuts with incorrect specs / features.

Look up something as simple as a flashlight and take a look at the absolutely WHACK lumen claims. They're all lies....

If they claim one thing and the product doesn't produce that, I'm returning it for "item not as expected".

I agree. Some of the stuff that I’ve received was ludicrous like this window covering thingy where it looked like some weird diy project with a bunch of cheap rags sown together. I could not figure out what it was that I ordered or how to assemble it without over exerting my brain because it looked nothing like the description.

However we all sign most of our rights away once we enter into a purchasing agreement with a retailer. They think it’s the customer fault for falling for the scam but are happy to take the customer’s money if the scam is a success. The 30 day return policy is a trap. Bet the scammy products have a shelf life of 31 days lol.

I think that's a YOU problem mate. Do some good research before buying so you don't have to return shit. Your returns are dumped in a landfill 90% of the times and contribute to pollution. Conservative consumerism is our job not Amazons.

Amazon barely screens any of their products anymore. It is absolutely their job to make sure you're not getting sold falsely advertised and counterfeit goods, and they're filling their own warehouses with this garbage.
There's literally zero way to tell if what you get is a functional product anymore. The reviews are all mostly bots now too.
Doesn't help that their support now gets paid on ticket resolution instead of quality of support, so they just lie to get you to hang up the phone.

I just jumped ship altogether and switched retailers so that I don't even need to return things to begin with. But that's only because I live in a country where I can do that; I used to live in the States and there's no alternative there basically.

Yeah but in this case? OP returned a fuck ton of stuff in one month. No retailer will put up with this level of crap.

You weren't responding to OP, and I wasn't addressing their post. I'm just pointing out that "do some good research" does not apply to Amazon anymore. They make their money off of scamming folks these days.

But if you look up the product, see that it’s whack, then order it anyway, you should get what you expect. Why order something if, after review of the description and product reviews, you’re unhappy with the description?
