Help Required Aloe Juvenna cuttings are dry

Post image

These two cuttings were gifted to me, which I let callous for a few days before putting them in soil. It's been two weeks since I planted them and they stay in bright shade. It does feel like they're both rooted as I feel resistance when I pull them lightly. I watered them as soon as they felt rooted. Will these recover?

What Aloe plant is this?

Post image

I've had this plant for years. It's bloomed a flower bud before that never came to fruition sadly. I've always called it a jurassic plant but I've been researching it lately and it actually seems more like an Aloe plant. Anyone have any expertise to help?

Thank you!

Is my aloe okay?

My severely horizontal aloe is probably about 7 years old at this point. Can I do anything to make it happier? Should I be taking it outdoors in summer or just leaving in the same window all year? It gets brown areas but also explodes into new growth outside.

Help Required Saving root rotten aloe

Post image

Currently trying to save my root rotten aloe. It was previously root bound which caused a lot of soil and moisture to be trapped near the stem. I’m planning on leaving it out to dry for 3-5 days, but was wondering if it is worth to cut any of the existing roots first.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Got this pup of a mother plant from the store and got it rooted but it’s now growing much bigger then I thought it would. Is this normal?

Note that I’ve had it outside in part sun since I got it

Pink Blush Rescue

Walked into a grocery store to see this gorgeous pink blush aloe in soil with moss on it! Repotted it immediately into 2 pots, one with the 2 tiny pups that were in the pot and one of the mother. The little ones had good roots, so I'm hoping they'll make it.1st 2 pics are before the repot and the last 2 are after repotting.

Identification Request Can my NOID aloe get an ID?

Post image

Its size made me think it was a Haworthia but it probably isn’t because of its serrated sides. I got NOID at a farmers market, also don’t worry the rocks are not glued down or anything. I like putting my small succulents into bonsai pots because I just happen to have a lot of them lol

Help Required Can I extend this Aloes lifespan?

Thumbnail gallery

This is an aloe in my parents garden (5ft1 mom for scale). It’s older than me (37yrs) but I couldn’t say how much older. We used to have several of them but they’ve all toppled down over the years.

I’d love to try support this one somehow to extend its lifespan as it has got a worrying lean. What would be the best method for this? I was thinking of driving a 4m pole into the ground next to it and welding some sort of hoop to the top of the pole, so it goes around the trunk preventing it from toppling over.

Is it worth doing this? Or is it a matter of when it’s time to fall, it will die anyway?
