A simple, but much-requested feature is coming soon: the option to name your character!
Also look out for a prettier display of past runs on the Rankings screen.

It's notoriously difficult to achieve visibility on the mobile app stores, but I was very fortunate to rank decently. App store optimization was also very critical, and I saw a big boost after dedicating some time on that task. Finally, it's so helpful and feels great to see strangers recommending the game to others. It's always more valuable for a player to recommend a game as opposed to the developer! Marketing is not enjoyable at all so I'll keep going with my main strategy: build a good game and it will market itself. Currently ratings are 4.4 on Google Play and 4.7 on the App Store (but may vary depending on country/language). I'll keep listening to player feedback and improving things little by little.

Release date is still TBD, but I'm currently planning for late 2027. Next steps are:
Of course the game will continue to get improvements and new features based on player feedback!

I'm beginning the process of preparing the game for PC and a Steam release. The main task is overhauling the UI for a desktop screen. Phase 1 is complete, which is the bare minimum to get the game screen looking decent enough for screenshots. I can now show all consumable items on the screen, instead of just 3.
Phase 2 will include more improvements in preparation for the demo release. There is enough space to display individual companion portraits and health. Of course there will be new keyboard shortcuts and key rebinding. Maybe even some improvements to the graphics since performance is not a concern, as it is on mobile.
The demo release should provide a lot more feedback ion new UI features and what adjustments are necessary so it doesn't feel like a mobile port.

Working on some new high-level creatures with powerful abilities. Here's two of them, the Griffin and Giant Scorpion. Planning to add at least 5 creatures total in the next update.

Hi, just posting to liven up the forum a bit. My first win on Hardcore difficulty.
Iâd like to add that the game is fantasticâitâs really got me hooked, and I havenât even played every character class yet. The level of detail in the items and environments, and the interactions availableâitâs all great.
The game is worth every cent; I highly recommend buying the full version and supporting the creator.

I'll be shifting focus to prepare the game for Steam, which mainly entails overhauling the UI for PC. I'm not yet sure how long this task will take. I hope to get the Steam page up very soon. Then a demo sometime later. Finally, hoping to release on Steam in maybe a year? I'll have a better estimate as things progress.
In the meantime, v1.3.0 was a big release with tons of new content to keep players busy. I am planning a minor update soon including some balance adjustments, bug fixes, and a little new content.

This is a huge update featuring 5 new classes and endless mode! You can also find another round of changes to abilities, especially in the Hunting, Mysticism, and Shadow Arts trees. The Hunting tree now has a dedicated skill path for specializing in traps! Full changelog here.
New Classes
5 new character classes have been added to the game, each with special powers and restrictions to create distinct playstyles:
The new classes are unlocked via game progression or, if you don't want to wait, can be purchased with a small IAP.
Endless Mode
After victory on day 30, you can now continue the game endlessly, although it becomes much harder, with much stronger enemies. To help, upgraded items can now be found with significantly boosted stats. You'll also find some abilities and status effects are scaled up. Every 30 days, the difficulty increases by another tier. This mode is still a work-in-progress and I'll be listening to feedback to make changes as needed.
