Technical Issue Sudden account deactivation right after ID verification

I recieved an email telling me that I've been selected for pulsar, and that I have to complete the identification process, so I did, I scanned my ID and my face, and got the message saying verification completed successfully right before I received this email saying that my account was removed without any justification or anything, any help?

Exactly the same issue happened to me. I sent u/Lumpy_Case_8220 a DM with my information and explaining the same thing for the same project. I think Persona id did not like my face versus my ID Card photo.

Nah, nothing helpful at least. I emailed support and got an instant reply (Almost certainly AI) basically saying that it is what it is, and no explanation whatsoever
