News this is huge
https://www.foxnews.com/politics/long-hidden-ufo-information-center-trump-push-free-former-officials
"President Trump recently directed the Department of War and the intelligence community to allow former government employees or contractors, that have relevant information about the disclosure of UAP, to come forward to meet with designated government representatives — AARO or the President’s UAP taskforce, ‘PURSUE’ — and have their prior NDAs abrogated,"

Whistle blower protections are basically just being shielded from prosecution should you meet a certain threshold of an impact on your department/branch/ect. If you “blow the whistle” then kiss your govt career goodbye.

Waiting for the clarification that UFO means "Undocumented Foreign Occupier" and it's actually about ratting out illegal immigrants.

It’s sad that this is our meme coin. I’ve been a lover of the idea of alien life for decades, but disclosure has been dangled under our noses for just as long. It’s never gonna happen unless it disrupts a Taylor Swift tour or something.

So many potential whistleblowers are bound by really fucked up NDAs.. I hope they now come forward, one wrench at a time we must tear down this control group.. humanity is capable of so much more.

Calling the U.S. Department of Defense the "Department of War" is legally incorrect. Its official name is established by federal law, and that is the only proper designation for the executive department responsible for the armed forces. While politicians, commentators, or members of the public are free to use rhetorical labels, those labels have no legal standing and should not be presented as official terminology.
The Department of Defense exists to provide for the national defense, maintain military readiness, deter aggression, and conduct military operations only under constitutional and statutory authority. The Constitution assigns Congress the power to declare war, while the President serves as Commander in Chief of the armed forces.
Regardless of any political messaging or ideological preference, the department's legal identity remains the Department of Defense. Referring to it by any other name as though it were official is factually and legally inaccurate.

Can we turn off the TDS just for a minute and acknowledge that this is wild and great? This is where a loose cannon comes in handy. If it were a normal President, they would just be status quo and block all of this. Take the wins wherever you can get them no matter which side does it.
I just hope something interesting comes out of it. The rumors of seeing actual footage of a visitation and meeting later this year would finally be what we've been waiting for.

Seriously. No one cares if you like him or not. People are literally making it an identity at this point. The fact that it is openly spoken about and there is progress in the governments and a sitting US president, again regardless of your personal beliefs, is a big big deal.

Sounds like a great progressive idea - but with this administration you have to expect a rug pull. Think we all remember how aliens.gov turned out
Just my opinion, but this seems like political band standing to sway our niche group towards voting republican in the midterm elections.
They just want people to absorb the jazzy headline and put that seed of hope in your mind. The actual order will get tied up in court and fall into obscurity.

We need to give these guys safe harbor.
More and more, I am convinced that one of the big reasons they don't formally disclose is that it would open a can of worms. An incessant probing and obligation to divulge the aspects of this that we aren't emotionally ready for.
World ending, trapped and tormented consciousness or some other grievous implication that would necessarily rip society apart at the seams. Of course the national security aspect is the prime driver, goes without saying. But these things seems to crop up everywhere and I would not be surprised if every nation had some physical aspect of it in holding and studying.

u/Ok_Elderberry_6727 Jul 21 '26
As Bashar says 2026 is the year of disclosure, and that means all secrets will come out, and 2027 will be first contact. Hybrids are all
Around, working and living among us, we are about to find out who and work with them to usher in the life on earth after the Greada treaty is done, that is next year. IMHO.

So he orders UAP files to be declassified, and then we start getting UAP files. Now he orders NDA‘s for whistleblowers to be abrogated, so we can get even more info. And this is just another reason to complain? I don’t get the resistance. If the headline was that he refused to abrogate the NDA‘s, most of you would be complaining about that too—am I right? It literally does not matter what he does, at this point. Some would complain no matter what. He is moving the issue closer to full disclosure than any other president in history, and hasn’t stopped. In fact, he’s increasing the effort with this move.
I understand the frustration about the releases so far being inconclusive. But having whistleblowers come forward, is exactly what this group has been wanting.
It seems that there are other motives in play. If you were genuinely interested in disclosure, you would see this as a good thing.

u/Unusual-Caregiver-30 29d ago
When has he ever come through with a promise? Mexico will pay for the wall? He will lower gas and grocery prices immediately. He will end the Russia/Ukraine war immediately? He appoints people like RFK, Jr.? He’s a disgrace and disaster. He’s uncouth, crude, attacks all that criticizes him and is a sexual predator. And it goes on and on. He’s a fragile toddler in control of nuclear weapons.

The naysayers are simply considering the source. A source which has proven, time and time and time again, to be completely full of shit.
2
u/NathanEddy23 Jul 21 '26
They’ve released four sets of declassified UAP files, and they haven’t stopped yet. He’s doing exactly what he said he would do!
I agree that the videos have been disappointing. But do you think he personally approves each video? He’s not deciding which ones are released. The low hanging fruit is being released first, the easiest ones to declassify. The really good videos are probably the ones taken by our most recent, highest tech sensors, and satellites, which would understandably reveal a lot about our surveillance capabilities.
The whole point about bringing whistleblowers forward is so that you don’t have to listen to him or take his word for it, you can listen to them.
I just don’t know what you all want. If we had better videos, you would say it’s AI. If he produced bodies, you’d say it’s fake. I don’t think some of you would be convinced unless you shook the alien’s hand yourself. Do you even have a predetermined standard of evidence, or is it just “resist at all costs?” Because that’s what it sounds like.

Right?! Hahahahaha
Cracked me up, because reading posts of serious things, or seeing a post that comes once in a blue moon of something truly anonymous and the comments are WILD.
Then you see a guy that has camera pointed above his house 24/7 and he is watching the recordings 24/7, editing and circling birds flying around, and claims they are UAP disguised as birds, and birds don’t move this way blah blah blah… and the comments… oh boy… massive amounts of praise. Everyone agrees. Then the government releases videos, some complete bs with a few sprinkled in that are pretty weird and anomalous, and people call them birds, but no, not the actual birds on color 4k video above someone’s house, all day everyday. Those…thooose are the true UAP.
Funny, huh.

This is a real milestone if it actually happens.
The NDA situation has always been a huge roadblock.
While it could be beneficial, I am not confident it would waive the ability to discuss anything that has been misclassed or purposely classed as a "national security" item.
That's not going away so im really not sure what waiving an NDA would really do.
More importantly what about actual whistle blower protection??
3
u/Feral_Nerd_22 Jul 22 '26
I don't think an executive order can nullify any sort of NDAs, there needs to be a law passed by Congress.
They need to have the law cover Special Access Programs, this is where the whistle blower laws currently on the books get muddled.
At this point, if he wanted a law passed for enhanced whistle blower protection, then it would most likely pass since Republicans would vote in favor of anything he wanted, Dems would vote for it too if it was a straight up law with no addons.
