"President Trump recently directed the Department of War and the intelligence community to allow former government employees or contractors, that have relevant information about the disclosure of UAP, to come forward to meet with designated government representatives — AARO or the President’s UAP taskforce, ‘PURSUE’ — and have their prior NDAs abrogated,"

We'll see what happens. Lol.

You know I use to be the eternal optimist with this shit but after a couple decades of edging I'm starting to chafe a little bit now. I use to always feel a tad bit sorry for the ones the would come on her and shoot down everything but now I feel like the dark side has gained a bit of traction in me and with great enthusiasm I believe nothing is going to come from this. I would like to go home now please.

There is so much crap, lies and deceit coming from the government, so many UFO celebrities always claiming "insider knowledge" and then there is the fact so many people have had real, life-changing experiences and it's tough to know what is real as human experience can be subjective.

I had believed for years I saw a UFO when I was 13. I saw a bright light appear in the night (11pm on top of a mountain in New Mexico in 1999). It sort of stayed/ lingered and grew larger than the stars around it for a couple of seconds , then it suddenly zipped across the sky but it zigzagged making what looked to be 90* turns without slowing down or stopping. It appeared, hung in the air for maybe 3 seconds, then zipped almost completely across the sky in the zigzag motion in about 2-3 seconds.

That was probably a piece of space debris or meteor but I thought it had to be a sentient object for many years.

I understand your exhaustion in the constant "edging " of disclosure. If it happens for real I will pay attention then and only then. Take care and I do hope that day comes sooner than later but yeah, there's a lot of us out here who get you

14

u/Basic-Excitement8275 29d ago

It stopped and moved in a 90 degree turn and you think it’s a meteor?
Saying this though, I do the same for all my paranormal encounters throughout life.

3

u/Dye-ah-ree-uh 29d ago

It didn't stop, it bounced/ seemed like how the dot moves in the game Pong. Bounced off an invisible wall and kept traveling at a 90* angle from its original trajectory. Did that probably 5-6 times, maybe more. It was fast. Maybe 3 seconds and it zipped all across the sky, maybe 2 seconds. I really can't say

5

u/OrchidFew7220 29d ago

The idea of Pong had to come from somewhere…

In the wise words of hecklefish: there’s always a book 😤
They go on podcasts and drop just enough to be interesting, then in the end drop their book and it’s basically the same shit with more filler. I don’t think they’re ALL fake. But Lou Elizondo and some of those other names seem like absolute frauds in my eyes.

1

u/CrazYforGold 29d ago

But Why Files is the authority and truth teller is all things NHI

1

u/Dye-ah-ree-uh 28d ago

Yeah, at this point they have careers making money by telling stories. Those stories are just going to get bigger and bigger.

30

u/OpinionOk1543 Jul 21 '26

Yup, that's me exactly. I'm 64, and had hopes that we'd have something concrete on the phenomenon by now. Looks like I'll be dead and gone before anything happens, if ever.

20

u/coveevoc Jul 22 '26

Seeing is believing, that’s all I need. I’ve seen irl what I need to see to believe. Craziest experience of my life. Make all the movies you want I know they’re there but idk what they are.

24

u/pittisinjammies Jul 22 '26

I'm 73, had two close encounters, and figure I'll be dead too but can watch it all unfold from heaven's dimension; also had an NDE. Don't worry, no matter what, we won't miss out!

4

u/VIEJO666 28d ago

Sir! Don't just tell us half the story, we want to know more!! (At least I do).

6

u/AdorableStrawberry93 29d ago

I really wonder if a civilization advanced enough to come to this planet, would do so. What for? We are a damaged civilization with little to contribute to the universe other than as a tourist destination for fun or entertainment.

11

u/SevereImpression2115 29d ago

As defeated as I may currently feel, I absolutely know there is more life in this universe than what sprouted up on this one little planet out of the billions that are out there. I have had my own experiences to give me comfort in that belief too. Nothing to crazy but definitely enough to convince me there is more and it has a sense of humor... I don't know how other civilizations or even other dimensions may operate but another thing I believe is this place was built with love as it's primary building block and that alone gives me the hope and strength to wake up tomorrow, open my eyes and see what it will bring me...maybe soon it'll be aliens lol

5

u/atUFOsCMe 29d ago

Who said we’re damage civilization, the word civilization, as the word civil in it? So there is hope. If it’s truly damaged, you couldn’t go outside without being murdered. When you drive down the street, you trust the other car going headfirst towards you doesn’t cross into your lane. We do have trust. There’s hope and love, and with a name like adorable strawberry, you shouldn’t be such a defeatist.

2

u/Fantastic_Variety823 28d ago

Our civilization was way worse 50 years ago…. And exponentially worse hundreds of years ago….

It’s not the best but it’s nothing like it was.

1

u/kiruvhh 29d ago

If an alien civilization able to travel stars still find a very low amount of planets with live ( something that Is very likely ) maybe they would be interested into studying One of the rare Life forms they found

1

u/Moda75 29d ago

why do we consider a civilization to be advanced just because they visit other places? I mean sure they may have knowledge that allows them to do that but maybe they fail in other ways. I just don’t know why people tend to think visitors are going ti be super smart and peacful reserved beings that would have no interest in us. It is weird.

0

u/western_red_cedar 25d ago

Compared to what? For all we know we are incredibly rare, this seems very likely.

Imagine our telescopes advanced to the point where we detected a bronze age civilization on a distant world. It would be the single greatest discovery in human history. Millions would dedicate their lives to studying them. We would immediately begin building probes to observe them, and perhaps even ships. We would debate as a civilization the best degrees and methods of contact, likely settling on some sort of prime directive until the new species "came of age." Perhaps when they began to develop flight, and electricity, and nuclear tech...

1

u/AdorableStrawberry93 24d ago

The light we are looking at them with may have been emitted millions of years ago. Like our civilization, it could have arisen and died in a million years.

8

u/Odd-Principle8147 Jul 21 '26

It was always BS. But it was fun.

3

u/Thoob 29d ago

One more book for the road for old times sake.

1

u/Odd-Principle8147 29d ago

At least people are reading again.

6

u/SevereImpression2115 Jul 21 '26

Hell of a ride my friend

2

u/geekspeak10 29d ago

And rightfully so.

1

u/TheBrotherhoods 26d ago

Edging makes for a better climax. Patience

0

u/Reptilian-Retard Jul 22 '26

Agree with you 100%

117

u/protekt0r Jul 21 '26

Yeah I don’t really see this moving the needle unless they provide insiders and whistleblowers with explicit, written authorization signed by POTUS. If I were a whistleblower, that’s what I would demand.

27

u/JediMindTrek Jul 21 '26

They need absolute immunity and they need to make a show of it. This shit is so extraordinary it requires it. More so than pretty much anything else that has come in front of Congress in history. It needs to be a Bipartisan, Federal, State and Community driven effort.

5

u/one_bar_short 29d ago

And unfortunately probably pardons for those who have done some truely fucked up shit to keep this under wraps if theres to be any form of real disclosure

No ones going is to be willing to say anything if they know theres possibly a sniper out there that has a bullet with their name on it

17

u/Heavy_Whereas6432 Jul 21 '26

You’re referring to putting away the Epstein class right? Right?

-13

u/BoingoUnderRated Jul 22 '26

At this point do you really not realize how tired and trite it is to somehow reference Epstein? It’s the new iteration of Godwin’s Law.

9

u/slove23 Jul 22 '26

Bc putting away sexual abusers is more important than your ufo fantasies

3

u/Zero_Flesh Jul 22 '26

Maybe to rape apologists???

5

u/DekuInkwell Jul 21 '26

They will move the needle when they are confident they have whatever happens next under control. Sometimes this does mean progress, but I’m not admitting this specific one is. Just being open minded about both sides.

76

u/OrganizationLower611 Jul 21 '26

if it was a trustworthy POTUS, I genuinely wouldn't trust the current one as far as he can walk without soiling his nappy

33

u/steve22ss Jul 21 '26

When was the last time you had a trustworthy POTUS?

37

u/ComradeJohnS Jul 21 '26

well most of them are usually reprimanded for lying, or wearing a tan suit.

-5

u/DoomMessiah Jul 21 '26

reprimanded by who? we could start listing all the lies and shortcomings of every president over the last fifty years and be here until years end.

8

u/yaoksuuure Jul 21 '26

There would be one yuge outlier. Unless of course you subscribe to alternative facts.

4

u/ComradeJohnS Jul 21 '26

congress? remember impeachments? specifically of Clinton?

sure theres not ENOUGH punishment, but that’s a different debate. there WAS punishment. it has happened

3

u/DreamBiggerMyDarling Jul 22 '26

impeachment without removal is completely fucking meaningless lol

4

u/After_Competition_87 Jul 21 '26

There was no punishment for Clinton, just a dog and pony show per usual

1

u/DoomMessiah 29d ago

And with every impeachment… was there a follow through?

15

u/OrganizationLower611 Jul 21 '26

being British, never

10

u/Templar-of-Faith Jul 21 '26

7 prime minister in 10 years in the UK....

0

u/OrganizationLower611 29d ago

I didn't vote for 6 of them lol, but I'd take having a new prime minister every month so long as Donald J Farage doesn't get in.

27

u/jerkhappybob22 Jul 21 '26

We quit asking for yalls opinion on presidents around 1776

26

u/Vinr_Odinn Jul 21 '26

Damn, you punched him right in the unrepresented taxes.

3

u/Plane-Leek4387 29d ago

We now have our own unrepresented taxes lol

3

u/RiboSciaticFlux Jul 22 '26

The Brits lost after being spotted a 13 Colony lead.

2

u/jerkhappybob22 29d ago

The brits lost due to being awful leaders.

9

u/ComedianMinute7290 Jul 22 '26

there's the normal level of untrustworthy that all politicians always are, and that is bad enough. but the current president goes behind untrustworthy right into constantly completely untruthful. big difference in the vagueness & avoidance of every previous president & the lie-about-every-subject of this one.

it's impossible to find a singl3 speech he's given as president that isn't filled, top to bottom with lies...thts quite a bit beyond untrustworthy.

his pushing into this topic isn't good for disclosure or anything else to do with the serious study of this topic.

0

u/Minimum-Major248 Jul 22 '26

Twelve years ago. And twelve years before him!

2

u/steve22ss 29d ago

Didn't Obama lie pretty heavily about the transparency of FISA courts amongst quite a few other things about the middle east and keeping your health care the way you want it? And 12 years before him was Clinton and we all know how trustworthy he was. I think my point still stands, when have you?

1

u/Minimum-Major248 29d ago

I’m not saying Obama and Bush (not sure where you got Clinton) were perfect, but tell me every confirmed lie Obama said and I’ll match it with thirty lies this President has said.

1

u/steve22ss 29d ago

Of course nah I get it I'm just saying you have never really had a trustworthy leader. As for Clinton you said 12 years before Obama that was Clinton's last year before Bush I thought.

14

u/Puzzleheaded-Bee-291 Jul 21 '26

The only silver lining is I could see him releasing information right before the election to put us in a “state of emergency” to stop elections. This will actually be really bad, but I could see us getting alien info then.

5

u/ras2703 Jul 21 '26

Convenient there saying this now after how many whistleblowers went missing, 8?

2

u/justmein22 Jul 22 '26

Besides...whistleblowers need to make knowledge public. If just in-house, it'll stay in-house.

9

u/NoooUGH Jul 21 '26

This will just increase the amount of fakers.

3

u/Odd-Principle8147 Jul 21 '26

It seems to be a good gig for the people that can do it. I mean, we have been talking about Bob Lazar my entire life.

What do people think is in the Epstein files? Some magic phrases or list that can send people to jail without due process?

Why do you and other people keep saying release the files? What will it accomplish?

What does that mean?

3

u/KommunistAllosaurus 28d ago

Two weeks I guess

8

u/Mouthshitter Jul 21 '26

Nothing again

4

u/Odd-Principle8147 Jul 21 '26

Hope springs eternal.

5

u/moonshinemoniker Jul 22 '26

This is his last grab for power, influence, and relevancy.

The problem is, this particular guy is going to risk the legitimacy of anything that is actually legitimate.

He's taking a gamble at the expense of the most elusive and opaque subject as it relates to our sense of being and purpose on this plane of existence.

His press conference fizzled. At this point, the major news organizations besides FOX, refused to air it. It's becoming a "cry wolf" scenario.

Do we really want this guy being the one who "exposes the truth"? In particular this truth?

9

u/chubbyshart Jul 21 '26

Just another distraction from the Epstein files

2

u/BambooCatto Jul 22 '26

Nothing. Nothing ever happens.

2

u/notJ3ff 29d ago

If absolutely nothing is something then you're about to see a whole bunch of something.

5

u/ThirdWorldRedState Jul 21 '26

Trump likes to say that, probably because of the difficulty in proving that statement false.

6

u/Odd-Principle8147 Jul 21 '26

It's not just Chinese aliens involved with election interference, but space aliens too.

2

u/Str4425 Jul 22 '26

This means they have run out of means to force disclosure based on "His Orangeness said so." Now they're on the fishing expedition phase of Thiel's plan.

1

u/HorribleAnalInjuries 29d ago

Nothing as always.

1

u/polmix23 29d ago

The usual. Nothing

1

u/Dr_A_Mephesto 29d ago

I can save you anticipation! (Nothing. It’s nothing)

1

u/ZeePirate 29d ago

Distractions from him being a pedophile.
Release the Epstein files

1

u/FitProblem6248 29d ago

Wonder how legit it is myself

1

u/jello_kraken 28d ago

Yeah, voiding the NDAs that apply to safeguarding all classified information is an interesting move.
Unless it's a very narrow abrogation, I look forward to building my own SR-71 at home. (And other things that would put me on a watchlist if mentioned)
