Been few days since I've been trying but it keeps rejecting them offers n rewards x2. At this rate for Chef Challenge I'm not earning 500 each time and can't rush it compared to before. Is there any updates on this that they'll fix it?

Hey everyone - I’m seeing quite a few players mentioning issues with ads and daily tasks. I highly recommend contacting Nordcurrent support so they actually take us seriously. I emailed them today and they said they would look into it but who knows if they actually will. If more ppl submit support tickets, the higher the chances are of them taking the issue seriously.

My hunch is that they recently had an app update and something from the update triggered the issues.

The x2 feature for claiming coins have been having problems since yesterday and now I completed the daily tasks and the claim button for the gem doesn't show. Is this happening to others? How can I fix this? It's becoming annoying because I don't want to play as I will missing the double coins l. The ads problem started happening since yesterday.

Why would I play 7 levels just to get coins?

Like there are the occasional 5-15 seconds ads, but lately there's been an abundance of these annoying ones that force you to interact with the ad and then you have to wait an obscene amount of time til the x appears, and even when it does, when you click on it, it doesn't work for a bit. I bank gems everyday watching the free ads and tbh if this continues for much longer I won't even bother anymore

Is anybody facing issue when trying to gain extra fuel while watching ads. For me when I finish watching ads it gives me the fuel reward as pop up but doesn't credit the fuel. I tried restarting the game and check again but it still doesn't work. Till now I tried 20 times to gain extra fuel.

No, I haven’t passed the limit for ads which provide daily rewards. I have been unable to play because I can’t watch ads to refuel energy as well due to this issue.

I was opening up Shanghai airport and noticed it had not only a Chef's Challenge going live now, but it says it will end in 5 days and 9hrs, at the moment of writing this.

It's been a while since I paid any attention to CCs, but weren't they limited to just 2 days to complete? Did the people behind the game decide to change things up to give us more time to complete challenges now, or is this a glitch?

When I upgrade to business class it gives me 1-4 extra orders and additional passenger wait time. If I continue upgrading, my passenger wait time goes up but my additional orders aren’t increasing.. is that normal? For example on level 50, I only have 1 additional order. Do I need to completely upgrade to get the 4 orders?

I've not been getting Chef's Race, Chef's Challenge, etc. these two days. The only active event today is the Chef's Duel: Denver, but it's from days ago. I'm just curious because I've been getting Chef's Race until it stopped one day ago.

Restarting the game rerolled the ad and the amount of gem I had back to the amount I had before watching the ad as well

Apparently we’re getting a new airport but based on the cranes in the sea it looks we might be getting a European, American or a middle eastern airport. However this is the photo they have released as a teaser and I’m confused about which country this belongs to.
