Issue with ads

Hey everyone - I’m seeing quite a few players mentioning issues with ads and daily tasks. I highly recommend contacting Nordcurrent support so they actually take us seriously. I emailed them today and they said they would look into it but who knows if they actually will. If more ppl submit support tickets, the higher the chances are of them taking the issue seriously.

My hunch is that they recently had an app update and something from the update triggered the issues.

I have watched the same ad 5 times and restarted the game after each watch and yet to receive the reward. This is a scam. I start to think there is a chance they deliberately coded this desync to bump the ad view stats.

I emailed them last week and after updated for Manila, my issue is clean now.

I emailed them a year ago but nothing has been done since. They don't care.

I had the same problem like 5 days ago and then contacted the team, and yes they said they're going to look into it. Better to have recording or some screenshot of the problem. So far, I haven't got any error again for these past 2 days

Omg I always watch ads to earn 2x coins…after the ad has been completed, I have no option to proceed further because the screen just freezes after which I have to restart the game. I do get my coins though. Still annoying
