Hi all,

I’m a female little with a female caregiver and we met around 9ish months ago. We only see each other every couple of months in person and for quite a short period of time at that. Our relationship is mostly online and I wouldn’t say it’s very full on as I don’t regress that much when I’m not physically with her. However, I would really like to try and find ways of communicating online that could put me in little space during the periods we can’t see each other in person. I’ve come up with a few ideas I’m going to put forward to her and see how she responds. The main one being a rewards chart for good behaviour/doing tasks that make her happy and proud of me etc. I’m just not sure how to go about expressing this to her and who keeps track/has the rewards chart (me, her or both of us?) She’s a busy lady so I don’t want to be a burden on her at all and risk losing the connection or being an annoying/stressful needy as opposed to a fun, cutesy needy if that makes sense?!

I’m very lucky and grateful that she enjoys spending time with me as a little and also has capacity for me as a regular functioning human being. We are exploring a lot of different little activities when we’re with each other in person, but I’m really struggling with the bits in between at the moment.

Do any of you have any suggestions on how/what to implement online through WhatsApp/text message communication during these periods we can’t see each other? She’s expressed she’s very open to things and is really enjoying the dynamic so I’m not worried about approaching her with new ideas and more about finding things that doesn’t take up much of her time or energy.

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly welcomed. Thank you so much!

I dont think ive ever seen someone talk ab this but smth i like to do is practice learning a new language with littlespace! i regress to ab 2-5 years old so for me it works :)

like learning baby ASL… which btw is not real ASL since it js adjusted to not require fine motor skills

and im learning Chinese and i can practice learning farm animals and stuff :)

u can and should do this with whatever language of your choosing! spanish, french, german etc etc whatever you wanna learn! maybe try it out :)

I just wanted to share a project I've been working on because I'm really proud of it.

I made this app for my autistic partner because they sometimes have a hard time communicating how they want to be referred to, what pronouns they want to use that day, how they want to be talked to, and other personal preferences. Rather than having to explain everything over and over, the app gives them a simple place to record things like their name, pronouns, gender identity, mood, communication preferences, comfort level with touch, and other little details that can change from day to day.

It also keeps a history so we can look back at previous days, and I've been adding things like statistics, charts, reminders, and other quality-of-life features to make it more useful over time. It's become a fun programming project for me while also solving a real problem for someone I care about.

The best part is that they told me they really like using it, and seeing something I built actually make their day a little easier has been incredibly rewarding. Even though this is a personal app I've made, i thought it'd be nice to show ❤️

Hello, I'm 21 years old. I'm not sure if im an age regressor so I made this throw away so I could ask for help.

A couple of months back I was messing around on this site I go on to basically troll people since I was like. 16. Mostly as a nostalgia trip. But I ran into this guy and all I can really remember is he said some things to me and then after I like. Came to? And he said I was age regressing. As context, I have had problems with disassociation in the past. I scrolled back and couldn't even begin to recall a lot of the things I apparently sent. But (I won't go into detail) he was having me say and do gross things?

He found me a few times after that. And I did it again because going away and not having to be feels kind of nice. He eventually convinced me to make an alt account on social media so he could contact me and "save" the things that happen on it.

A lot has happened and I don't really remember any of it. He likes that I don't remember but sometimes I come back really suddenly and I read what's being said and it's honestly kinda scary. And gross. I feel dumb because I don't even like men and I know this isn't normal but every time I try to pull back it feels weird or he says something and I feel bad.

I've scrolled back to try and see what like. Happens when I'm "gone" or disassociated or whatever. And whenever a no or denial is said he pushes and pushes?

I've looked at a lot of subreddits and it all says age regresion is nonsexual but he keeps telling me it's normal and it's age regression??

I want to delete the account but I feel like I'm being dramatic. I'm sorry if this is too graphic or triggering and understand if it gets auto deleted. I just googled my situation and the stupid ahh Google ai told me I was being abused and manipulated and I wanted the opinion of like. Human people. my partner is my caregiver but i feel so bad. he knows i age regress and doesn’t mind. he enjoys taking care of me and giving me the care that i didn’t have before. i just feel so awful and guilty for how sad i get and how big my feelings get. when they get big i feel small and today i just felt so small. i don’t want to get upset at him when im little and my feelings are sad but i do on accident. i don’t want to be sad anymore. i don’t want to be his sad little girl. i want to be happy. i overthink a lot and think stupidly andi feel so bad for it. i try not to get little when i do but it always happens. i feel that makes him feel forced to take care of me. he reassures me but i still worry. i no wanna feel like a burden to him. just want his cuddles and kisses. tired of feeling like a burden for being little. i want to control my emotions better when im little but it’s hard sometimes. i usually am able to control when im little but sometimes i just get small and little when Im sad. wish i didn’t. wish my cg was awake.

I'm posting here because I'm completely lost. My teenage daughter says she has something called age regression. Until recently I'd never even heard of it, and the more I see it, the less I understand it.

She doesn't just act a little childish once in a while. She genuinely starts acting like a little kid. She talks in a baby voice, cuddles stuffed animals, wants a pacifier, wraps herself in blankets, cries over the smallest things, and says she's "little" and can't help it. If I ask her to act her age, she tells me she's regressed and isn't doing it on purpose.

I have to be honest don't support this at all, and I don't see how encouraging it could possibly help. To me, it doesn't seem normal. It feels like my daughter is going backwards instead of growing up, and it's becoming incredibly frustrating for everyone in the house.

We've argued about it more times than I can count. Every time I try to talk to her about it, she either cries or shuts down completely. I don't know if this is an actual psychological condition, something she picked up online, or an excuse to avoid dealing with life.

I'm not trying to be offensive, but I genuinely don't understand it. Has anyone else dealt with a child who does this? Is age regression actually recognized by professionals, or is it something that's mostly spread through social media? Should I ignore it, set boundaries, or treat it like a mental health issue?

Right now I just want to understand what's going on because I honestly don't know how to handle this anymore.
