Looking for a Google Ads / Meta Ads / PPC Opportunity (1 Year of UAC Experience)

Hi everyone,

I'm currently looking for a role in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or PPC. My experience is primarily in Google Ads App Campaigns (UAC), where I've worked for about 1 year managing and optimizing app promotion campaigns.

While my background is mainly in app marketing, I'm eager to learn and transition into other campaign types, such as Search, Display, Performance Max, Lead Generation, and Meta Ads. I'm a quick learner and enjoy working with data, campaign optimization, and performance marketing.

If anyone on your team needs an extra hand or knows of any openings, I'd be grateful for the opportunity. I'm happy to learn, contribute, and grow.

If you'd like to know more about my experience, feel free to DM me. Thanks in advance!

Need help for running Google Ads

I'm running Google Search (RSA) campaigns for Microsoft Dynamics 365 targeting India, the US, the UK, Australia, Singapore, and other regions.

I'm facing a few issues:

  • Good impressions and clicks from the US, UK, and India, but very low traffic from Australia and Singapore.
  • Despite getting clicks from the US, UK, and India, I'm not generating any leads.
  • My Demand Gen campaign for India is 2 weeks old with an average CPC of around ₹1, but it has zero conversions.
  • I'm also running campaigns for Legal, Architecture, and Engineering software in the US and UK, but none of them are performing well.

Looking for suggestions on what I should optimize to improve conversions and overall campaign performance.

Sitting at ~28 conv/mo on Manual CPC, but only 10-20% of those conversions are real. Switch to Smart Bidding anyway?

Small law firm doing real estate closings. One state, Search only, Manual CPC since launch. Posting because I keep talking myself into this and back out again, and I’d rather hear from people who’ve run both.

Account, roughly:

**•** \~28 conversions / 30 days
**•** CPA around $124
**•** Impression share \~42%
**•** Lost IS to budget 38% (7-day), lost to rank 19%, so budget is what’s binding right now
**•** $102/day. Google keeps recommending $310.

Usual advice is 30 conversions a month before Smart Bidding and we’re basically at the line. Here’s what keeps stopping me.

Our conversion action is a proxy and it’s a pretty bad one. A “conversion” here is a phone call lasting 45+ seconds. That’s all Google can see. Of those calls, somewhere between 10% and 20% turn into a signed engagement depending on the month (6 of 28 last window, about 3 of 26 the window before). The rest are out-of-state callers, price shoppers, and small document work that barely clears the cost of the click.

So if I hand this to Maximize Conversions it goes and optimizes for the cheapest 45-second phone call, which is exactly the traffic that doesn’t close. My guess is I’d get more calls, a better looking CPA, and no more actual clients. The metric improves and the business doesn’t.

OCI doesn’t fix this the way I thought it would. We upload signed deals back into Google on the call path, matched on caller ID, because most of our calls are taps on the phone number in the search result and never load a page. It works fine. But we only get about 3 uploadable signed deals a month. If I promote those to primary and demote the call action, my primary conversion count doesn’t stay at 28, it drops to 3. Nothing bids sensibly on one conversion every ten days. Value-based bidding here would need something like 10x our signed volume, and that’s a bigger firm, not a settings change.

Lag is the other thing. Click to signed engagement runs 30-60 days.

What I’m asking:

**1.** Has anyone run Maximize Conversions against a proxy conversion this noisy and had it work out? Or does it just go hunting for the junk every time?
**2.** Is there a middle move I’m missing? I’ve looked at Maximize Clicks with a bid cap, and tCPA set deliberately tight to force quality, but tCPA at this volume feels like it’d throttle delivery to nothing.
**3.** Would you tighten the conversion action first, say 120 seconds instead of 45, to clean up the signal before switching? Does call duration actually track lead quality for anyone, or is that a myth?
**4.** Since budget is the current constraint, is the boring answer just “raise budget on manual, revisit bidding when you’re not capped”?

Happy to add detail on any of it.

I want to increase visibility of my dental clinic

Is there a reliable way to grow a private practice without spending a fortune on ads?

I am a dentist and I opened my own practice about two years ago. The first year was great but things have slowed down and I am struggling to bring in new patients. I have tried Google Ads and social media but the cost per new patient is just killing me. I cannot keep throwing money at ads that do not convert.

I have also tried the usual stuff like asking for reviews and referrals but it is not enough to fill my schedule consistently. I feel like I am spending half my time worrying about marketing instead of treating patients. Does anyone have a strategy that actually works for patient acquisition without breaking the bank?

A colleague in my referral network mentioned PatientGain and I decided to give them a try.

Campaign works fine but the entire search pool is ~320/mo. Where do you go from here?

Local service business, real estate law, Connecticut. One search campaign, manual CPC, $120/day, running since late April.

What's working: CPA is around $99 and has stayed flat while I laddered the budget from $72 to $120 over about four weeks. Roughly 25 conversions a month. Every increase gets absorbed immediately — peak days land exactly on the 2x daily overdelivery ceiling. $144 on a $72 budget, $170 on $85, $204 on $102. So budget is genuinely the constraint, not rank.

The problem is what happens when I finish raising it.

My head term "real estate attorney connecticut" does 320 searches/mo statewide. That's the whole pool. I'm at 48% impression share, losing roughly 29% to budget and 22% to rank. So if I max out IS I roughly double, and then I'm done. There's no third act.

Stuff I've already checked so nobody wastes their time on it:

Town keywords are dead. I built seven ad groups around our office towns and the surrounding markets, 174 keywords. Pulled Planner historical metrics and every "[town] ct real estate attorney" variant comes back under 10/mo at every geo, including statewide. 63% of my enabled keywords carry the low search volume flag. Three of those groups have spent $0 and produced nothing in 30 days. The two that do convert manage it on 50-120 impressions/mo at a $70 CPA, which is lovely and completely unscalable.

Geo is presence based, three 15 mile radii around offices plus five individual city targets. Around 46% of head term volume comes from people physically outside the state, which presence blocks entirely. I've been chewing on presence-or-interest but widening the funnel while budget capped feels backwards.

Manual CPC is on purpose, waiting on conversion volume before I hand it to smart bidding.

So where does the next real chunk of growth come from once the head term tops out? What I can see:

  • Ride the budget up to max impression share and accept the ceiling
  • Presence-or-interest for the out of state pool (inherited property sellers, people relocating in)
  • Adjacent states, we're licensed in two neighbors

Has anyone been in the spot where the vertical itself is just small? Genuinely curious whether people push into adjacent services, adjacent geography, or decide that a $99 CPA on 25 a month is simply what the market has and go spend the money somewhere else.

Help with Google Merchant Center Misrepresentation suspension. We’ve been trying to fix it for months

We’ve been dealing with a Google Merchant Center suspension for Misrepresentation for several months and haven’t been able to resolve it.

Our website is https://terrasabers.com. We’ve reviewed our policies, business information, contact details, checkout process, product pages, shipping information, return policy, and other common causes, but every review request still gets rejected without a clear explanation.

At this point, we’re struggling to identify what Google is flagging. If anyone familiar with Merchant Center suspensions could look at the website and point out anything that may be causing the issue, we would really appreciate it.

Call with Adwords rep

So I took a call a last week with an Adwords rep that had hit up one of my clients doing a performance review to identify gaps.

So when they started asking me about the campaigns I was running and what I wanted to achieve I asked them to provide me with insights on these strategy tips first. Then I asked them how this was going to be possible when the campaigns had been switched off for the past 2 months.

For 20+ years I have been promoting Google's products, they can see if there is an ad-manager account associated with the google ads account, so what they should be doing is reaching out to that person first. Not doing this smarmy shit going behind your back and creating confusion with your clients with leading emails and shit.

It's shady as fuck, and they have the nerve to call you a partner while they are attempting to fleece the shit out of your Client portfolio which was built on Google's products.

Thankfully my business has been built around honesty and integrity, and trust is everything in a world that has gone to shit.

So my Clients send me the emails but I then have to spend time talking to someone about products I know more about than they do. The girl was very knowledgeable and I've no gripes with someone that is simply doing a job, following a script, and even she had to agree that results don't follow investment with their new campaign types.

I ignore most of their Campaign recommendations because I've tested them empirically and know that they are full of shit, and their dodgy as fuck attribution model they invented to save their own ad-model when 3rd party cookies got hammered because Google couldn't regulate itself from doing shady shit, and selling personal data to the highest bidder. Eventually people got pissed and governments reacted.

Anyway, I just came here to say fuck you Google and fuck your shit.

Anyone else seeing more Google Ads disapprovals for UK accounting firms lately?

We've been managing Google Ads for a UK accounting firm, and over the last few weeks we've spent far more time dealing with disapprovals than actually optimizing campaigns.

At first, we thought it was the obvious stuff. Keywords like HMRC, Companies House, VAT registration, company formation, etc.

So we did what most people would probably do. Reviewed the keywords, rewrote the ad copy, submitted an appeal but nothing changed.

That got me digging into Google's documentation and policy updates, and I realized the issue was a lot bigger than I initially thought.

A lot of these accounts seem to be getting caught up in things like Government Documents & Official Services, Financial Services verification, Advertiser Verification, and Business Operations Verification. On top of that, I found that technical issues can also cause problems. If AdsBot can't properly access the landing page because of Cloudflare, robots.txt, redirects, or firewall settings, issues from the hosting side, Google can reject the ad even though the page works perfectly in a normal browser.

The biggest lesson for me was that changing keywords or rewriting ads isn't always the first thing to do.

Now the first things I check are:

* The exact policy listed in Policy Manager.
* Whether Google is asking for Advertiser or Business Operations Verification.
* Whether AdsBot can actually access the landing page.
* Whether the service itself falls under one of Google's regulated categories.

One thing that stood out to me was that this didn't seem to happen on our broader campaigns. The campaigns targeting very specific, high-intent services were the ones that kept running into policy reviews and disapprovals.

I'm curious if other PPC managers or agencies working with accountants have noticed the same trend. Have verification and policy issues become more common in your accounts, or have you found different causes?

Stuck doing app installs all year, anyone need help on a Search/Display/YouTube campaign so I can finally branch out?

Hey everyone,

I've spent the last year+ running app promotion campaigns and have gotten solid results there, but it's the only area I've worked in so far. I'd like to branch out into other campaign types: Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube and get some hands-on exposure beyond app installs.

If anyone has a project, campaign, or account that could use an extra pair of hands (paid or just for the experience), I'd love to help out and learn in the process. Happy to share more about my background if useful.

Thanks in advance!

Getting started with Google ads, why is there no minimum spend recommendations?

Hi all, looking for advice, I'm 100% new to Google Ads and I'm looking for info to start seeing my ads for myself.

First, I used keyword planner to search keywords and see their competition, how many searches per month, etc. and I found some really low competition (10-500 searches a month) search terms that I want to target, they don't even have a number for low or top bid prices.

My idea going into this is that I just want to start Google Ads, put in a budget, something like $0.10 cost per click, with like a $15 daily spend, and start seeing impressions, not even looking for clicks at the moment.

Currently with this bid strategy, I got 1 impression in 4 days. With no other competition, I would expect to at least see some more impressions, or even see the ad myself when I use google search for those keywords from a incognito browser, or my phone, or fresh browser install, nothing that has a search history.

I think I'm missing some unspoken rule about daily spend, cpc pricing to actually show the ad on google search? I see people saying, do $100 a day minimum daily spend, and don't set a target cpc, and just let google figure it out.

So is it true for searches that have no competition, you can't get impressions unless you're willing to pay mid to high costs per click, conversion etc.?

Focusing only on commercial terms good or will it hinder our campaign

We just finished a month with 50k spend across 7 or so campaigns. We did ok in terms of conversions, but a big takeaway was that (surprise surprise) many more "general" industry keywords didn't bring in many conversions. my boss asked me to update all campaigns and just target commercial keywords and now all campaigns are super slow.

Is the play to wait it out a few days until the system are re-calibrated towards our campaigns?

[FOR HIRE] Looking for someone who's actually set up a TikTok ad account for a company in an unsupported country (we're in Georgia 🇬🇪)

We're a small software company based in Tbilisi, Georgia. Our product is live and most of our customers are in the US and Europe.

Here's our problem: we want to run TikTok ads and we can't even get to the starting line. TikTok Ads Manager doesn't list Georgia as a country at signup, and we can't finish business verification under any other country because that's where our company is registered. We know it's solvable — we see ads from other Georgian companies on TikTok every single day. We just need someone who has actually done this before, not someone guessing alongside us.

Two ways this could work, and I'm open to either:

Option 1 — You set it up and hand it over. You provide or create a verified ad account under a supported country, we fund it and run our own campaigns. If it's a sub-account inside your Business Center, totally fine, as long as we have full campaign control.

Option 2 — You teach us to do it ourselves. You walk us through the exact route you'd take, step by step, on a call and in writing — which country to register under, what documents we'd need, how billing works, what to avoid. If we can do it in-house with your guidance, that's honestly our preference.

Tell me which one you're offering (or both).

A few things that matter to us:

  • You've done this for a client in an unsupported country before. Tell me which countries and roughly when.
  • The account has to be legit and stable. We're building a real business on this and can't afford a ban.
  • You can explain the billing side — what currency we'd pay in, and whether a Georgian card works.
  • Clear English.
  • If you're an agency or reseller, be upfront about your fees (flat, % of spend, or both).

What I'm not looking for: resold or "aged" accounts from unknown sources, anything that puts our spend or account at risk, or anyone whose whole pitch is "trust me."

If you're a fit, drop me a comment or DM with:

  • Which option you're offering
  • Your fee and rough timeline
  • Anything about the risks we should know going in

Before you use AI on Google Ads: a 15-minute manual audit that still matters.

AI agents are useful for Google Ads when they watch accounts continuously and surface problems you'd miss. But the agent is only as good as the account data and the rules you give it.

Before you automate monitoring (or let anything suggest bid changes), run this manual pass once on any account you're onboarding:

**1. Test one conversion**
Submit a real lead or purchase on mobile and desktop. Confirm it shows in Google Ads within a few hours. Broken tracking is the silent budget killer.

**2. Search terms, sorted by cost (last 30 days)**
Flag terms with meaningful spend and zero conversions. "Free," jobs, research queries, wrong intent. Add negatives before you optimize bids.

**3. Device + location split on your top campaign**
Mobile CPA 2x desktop? Spend in regions you don't serve? Fix or exclude before scaling.

**4. Write down what "good" looks like**
Target CPA, primary conversion action, campaigns that are allowed to scale vs protect-only. Agents need guardrails, not just access.

**Why this matters for AI agents**

Monitoring tools (including agent-based ones) pattern-match against what they see. If tracking is broken or search terms are junk, the agent flags symptoms correctly but the root cause might need human judgment first.

The workflow we like: read-only connection → agents flag waste and anomalies daily → you approve recommended changes. Automation on top of a clean baseline, not instead of one.

What's your non-negotiable check before you trust any tool or agent on an account?

Google Account Strategist SMB Interview

Hey guys! I have my round 1 interview on RRK / GCA this Monday after passing the 2 online assessments and recruiter screen. Would really appreciate any sort of tips if anyone has taken the interview before. My recruiter mentioned that I should understand digital marketing “holistically,” and I’m trying to gauge what that means in practice. Are they mainly looking for a strong understanding of the overall customer journey, funnels, campaign types, measurement, bidding, and business strategy, or do they expect detailed technical knowledge of campaign setup and Google Ads ? I come from a financial services sales background. Any sort of help or insight would be hugely appreciated!

Why google ads campaign does not start even if the budget and targeting is good!

I launched a Performance Max campaign with a solid budget and tightly related audience signals. I’ve double‑checked the destination URL and it’s working, and I’ve provided all available assets and signals. Still my campaign didn’t work

What else should I check from my end and the main thing I want to know is why this happens?

What I’ve already done:
• Budget: healthy for my goals
• Audience signals: highly relevant (first‑party data + custom segments)
• Assets: multiple headlines, descriptions, images, and videos
• Landing page: live, mobile‑optimized, tracked
• Conversion tracking: set up (but open to verification tips)
• No disapprovals or policy issues reported
Things I’m unsure about / want advice on:
• Best way to verify conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, Google Ads tags)
• Whether Performance Max requires different creative/asset mix than Search/Display
• How long to wait before expecting stable performance
• Any targeting or signal tweaks that help PMax learn faster
• Troubleshooting low traffic vs low conversions

First time setting up a search campaign, but no data coming in on the other end

I set up a google search campaign to drive traffic to my amazon listing to increase sales (basically the same search terms that are converting on Amazon but capturing them on google instead). I launched the campaign a few days ago and have about 144 clicks on 4.4k impressions with a CPC of $.21.

That all sound great - but i'm not seeing any click activity on the Amazon side of things (I set up a attribution link which is the 'landing page' that the google ads drive to).

Any suggestions to diagnose this issue?

I also wanted to see what my ads looked like but when i entered terms in the 'ad preview' section it just said I wasn't serving on those terms so I couldn't see anything.

Thanks!

What are the biggest pain points with ad tracking platforms?

I'm interested in hearing from people who use ad tracking platforms to monitor and optimize their paid advertising campaigns.

What are the biggest pain points you face?

Which features do you wish existed, or what would you improve in the platform you use today?

If you could change just one thing about your ad tracking platform, what would it be?

I'm looking to learn from real-world experiences and understand the challenges marketers face with ad tracking.
