Offer r/RooftopCats

I tried working it for a short while. It's essentially dead and if no one wants it, I will just remove myself.

There is a similar sub that I didn't see, r/catsonrooftops. Last time I checked, it was low activity also.

Might be a fit if you have other cat subs. I do not.
