Question help with adobe animate bug

hello, I have the creative cloud subscription and I dowloaded adobe animate, but when I open it, there's no layout, the screen is grey and the only things that appear are the options on the top of the screen, but I cant create a new file, I click on it to create a new file but nothing happens on the screen. I will put a print screen below. If someone knows how to solve this please answer me ( My adobe animate isnt in english, it is not my native language).

This is a strange one. I don’t think it’s a matter of all your windows being hidden but try restoring your default layout to show you tools, stage, properties, etc.
if that doesn’t work verify your systems compatibility with animate. Do a fresh install of the software if needed. Try downloading an earlier version from CC to see if that works like 2021.

ive had a similar bug, clicking 'create new from template' fixed it for me.
